Finally found this wonderful place n mellissa she is amazing. Am been goin to sessions for last 1 year now n I don’t think I I’ll go anywhere else in tahoe. i tried many saloons before this n most of em just pretend thy listening to u for wht u wanna do but end result is only wht thy know. thanks sessions n mellissa u rock

I will never go back. The girl who did my hair did awesome job the other two girls were OK. my flower girls they charge me $ 90 to get her hair done (age5) and what should’ve only been a $ 500 session turned into a $ 800 session. when confronting them about the additional charges they stated I should know their would be additional charges. I replied I was quoted one price when I left it turned into a whole Nother price when I got there they couldn’t even identify who I was and said I didn’t have an appointment even though they called me five times to confirm prior to coming in

I’m sorry but I’m not coming back. I went here for make up for a photo shoot. It was a mess! The feeling of you wanted to cry because you feel your face was being played with make up thats how I felt when I came here. I strongly believe that I was way better doing my daily make up than them. I looked like a clown LITERALLY! My eyebrows and blush on were uneven its like someone punched me in the face. The mascara oh gee, its clumping! It was totally joke and i hate it i even haave to drive back to the hotel just to wash it off!!! Fiancé even made a comment that it’s a waste of money coming here and pay a lot of money wherein i am better make up a artist than the one who made my make up. This is the worst nightmare that I had going into the salon. I do not recommend this place.

Absolutely the salon of choice in Tahoe. Ask for Brenda, she has been creating my looks for years now, and I still receive compliments on my color regularly from complete strangers. Several of my acquaintances are trying to duplicate my weave. Great location, easy parking, and a popular spot for wedding parties, special occasions. Amazing views of the Lake from their upstairs windows, all while we are being pampered!

I have been drifting from salon to salon for years — but I think I have found a place I will stick with. Katie had consistently done a good job keeping my highlights looking natural and not yellow or «stripy.» She clearly understands color and my haircuts seem to grow out well. (Coloring my hair has proved to be v. Challenging to colorists, I have had multiple disasters when the job was rushed) She is also great about fitting me in without making me schedule weeks and weeks in advance and the price is very reasonable for the quality of work as well as the higher-​end products.
