Tahoe Steam and Clean is awesome! Fixed my carpets-​we had some puppy training stains, they got them right out! The pricing was very reasonable. Helped me make a last minute appointment and was quick and thorough. Thanks again Tahoe Steam and Clean!

Tahoe Steam n Clean took care of my needs… being very small window of time to do the job as I drove 450 miles to do work in a house being put on the market.
Zak showed up on time (to the minute, actually) and diligently worked on the 1200 sq ft of dense carpet with A LOT of stains. It looked great when I left.
It took awhile to dry, and as it dried, a few big spots reappeared (not their fault) but they honored the guarantee… immediately.
As I write this review, it is Saturday, and with just a few hours arrangement the carpet spots are being re-​addressed. I feel that this business has shown the diligence and ethics that everyone is looking for.
Fortunately the owner lets employees make decisions, like guarantees, and it was Elliot who re-​arranged his personal schedule to immediately address my spots that came back. He also showed up «on time», 3 minutes early, to my door to the minute on time.

Tahoe Steam N’ Clean is my go-​to company for getting my carpets cleaned. I run a busy vacation rental, and my carpets get pretty dirty.
These guys have been cleaning my place for year, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else.
