Bad Apples

Can I give them zero stars?
I called yesterday to get a quote on my 5s screen replacement. The price was great, However he said they were out and would be restocked the next day (today). He said they opened at 11. The hours on line are 11−9pm.
The business building they’re located within, you have to have a tenant let you in.
I’m here!!!
Wow! What a surprise. No one is answering the phone. No one to let me inside. Are they open? Is this a fly by night business? Are they on a lunch break?
… My phone calls continue to be forwarded… And have been for the last 30 minutes.
What a bad business.

I chose Bad Apples because of the price point and its close proximity to my work. After calling I decided to go over during my lunch break. After waiting 45 min he tells me my phone is ready, when I look at it the screen that he had put on in was badly scratched. I pulled off the case and it was a complety different phone than the one I brought in, full of dings and scratches. When I brought my phone in I had just cracked the front screen and have always kept my phone in the case so it was clean and ding-​free. I explained to him that this had scratches and I would have to come back after he puts a NEW screen on it and that I would be back at 5:30.
At this point I’m really frustrated and I do not trust the service and professionalism of this «business». At 5:30 I show up and am hoping for the best. Much to my surprise they were not done yet with my phone! the phone that I left there for 3 hours! I had to wait another 20 min, and finally he said it was done, it looked good like it was my old phone with a new screen.
Here’s where it really goes south… The next day I am checking my camera and now the front camera isnt working, when I had cracked the screen I checked the camera because I was worried. It worked perfectly and was working perfectly before I brought it in to them. After calling them, he is going to replace the camera and I am going to have to make my 3^rd trip to their store in 2 days.
If I were you I would stay away, the fact that they tried to fool me and give me a used dinged up phone really proves that these guys are «Bad Apples».

Best spot in south Miami! Way cheaper than the conglomerates popping up that charge 149 for a new screen. Nice location as well. Hopefully won’t have to go back cause that would mean another broken screen, but statistics show me back in 6 months.
