Awful and unprofessional therapy experience. Dr. B was nice and gave a quick diagnosis. Yes X-​rays and ultrasound quality was quite poor. It was all downhill after that. Front desk girl had no clue how much services cost. At one point during therapy, THE ENTIRE STAFF was on their Smartphones. My daughter was treated on one leg when the diagnosis was for both. Almost got burned with an electric heating pad while her therapist checked her FB! The wrapping on her foot fell off by the time we got to the car. No professionalism whatsoever! Awful! Never going back! And I made Dr. B aware of this fact.

I only give this place 2 stars because of how good the therapy session was! But the doctor’s experience was terrible.
I visited the office because my knee was hurting. Also, this was not my first time in the office, two years ago I went for the same issue and I got treatment and it got better. This time it was not Dr. B the one who saw me, it was some other Dr I can’t remember his name. He asked me a couple of questions, didn’t even touch my knee or looked at it and basically told me that I had to stop exercising. He sent me to therapy and that was it! I could’ve done that myself and just walk in and say I wanted therapy!
On the positive side the girl in the front was very nice and also the therapists. Leslie gave me a great massage and my knee started feeling better.
But therapy I can get somewhere else with a better doctor. I’m not coming back, I already made an appointment to go somewhere else.
