Dr. Mario Almeida is among the top in Primary Care and Internal Medicine– not jiust locally, but in the U.S. He truly cares about his patients and is an excellent diagnostician– he is an extremely bright individual. He takes your health and well-​being seriously, taking his time with you during your appointment, while listening carefully to your concerns. His medical expertise and caring spirit has also been demonstrated in emergency situations. He has been there for me, my mother, and my father (who wasn’t even his patient previously before being hospitalized) always going that extra mile for his patients. My father was in the hospital for almost one year, and he did all in his power to heal him– never losing hope.
One thing– when you make an appointment to see Dr. Almeida, be prepared to wait a while. He is a really busy Dr.- but he will see you and take care of you– he will make sure that your health is in check (getting whatever tests approved if needed) and he is very well-​connected and respected in the medical community– knows who are the best specialists to treat you. If you ever have a serious health condition or emergency situation that lands you in the hospital– you could not be in better hands than with this dedicated and emphatic doctor.
