I have been a patient of Dr Garri at MOSA for 4 years now. At MOSA I have had Botox, laser hair removal, and liposuction. Consultations are always informative and entertaining. The support staff is professional, courteous and accommodating. I have always been very happy with the results. I have referred many of my friends and family and all have been extremely pleased.

South Miami location is the best! Have tried lasering at couple of different places but I wouldn’t laser anywhere else. Nicole was great, the office staff was helpful, and I never waiting for more than 5 minutes. Simply the best

Recently having moved to Miami from Washington State, I thought it was time that I kiss my back hair goodbye for once and for all. This wasn’t an easy decision. In the frosty mountains of the northwest, back hair isn’t necessarily a bad attribute. In fact, while huddled around a campfire, a carpet of back hair is a welcome buffer from the cold. The ladies love it. They can slip their hands up the back of your shirt and bury them in furry comfort like a bear cubs might snuggle against each other on a winter morning. In many a Washington home at night, cold wind whistles around the eves of the house and a woman thankfully wraps her arms around her man, thankful of his fuzzy upper torso. Unfortunately for us northerners, South Florida’s environment does not genetically select for back hair. In fact, Miami beaches seem to inhabited primarily by a strange breed of hairless men. I feel the same way a Wooly Mammoth would feel if it was transported from Siberia and introduced to an African elephant.(«So, I get the giant ears, but what happened to your your hair, cuz?») Like the African elephant, I came to the conclusion that if I wanted to survive, I needed to adapt to my new environment. Soon after I saw a groupon for hair removal at Mosa Med Spa. The offer was $ 99 for six hair removal sessions. A $ 600 value. I jumped on it. The laser hair removal process is quick, effective and painless. Typically I’m in and out of Mosa within fifteen minutes. The staff are friendly, attractive and, did I mention attractive? There are around five ladies in their 20s and 30s that work for Mosa. If you have a stereotype floating around in the back of your head of what an employee of a plastic surgery office should look like, it is probably of a woman with high cheekbones and a curvy figure that would make an hourglass jealous. The employees at Mosa Med Spa will completely reinforce that stereotype. They are all vaguely Latin, and they are all young, vivacious and very amply endowed. Apparently after a year with Mosa, employees of the Med Spa receive free plastic surgery. Judging from appearances, most of these ladies have worked here longer than a year. The first time I went in for treatment, it crossed my mind that the women of Mosa aren’t just employees. They are walking, talking product samples. Nothing is more persuasive than seeing a product first hand, and it seems likely the Mosa women have been strategically selected and placed in high visibility in the same way that a boutique places its finest jewelry in the window facing the street. I couldn’t help but picture a woman coming in for implants, and reaching across the counter for a squeeze. «Oh, I do like your pair, but they’re a little large for me. Now YOURS is just right…» Despite their physical beauty, none of the women seem haughty or snotty in the least. A spa like this could easily emanate an aura of superiority …“Mosa: Better Than Nature.” Rather than vanity central, the Med Spa has a feeling of friendly professionalism. The models behind the counter may indeed be better than nature, but they also seemed genuinely interested in making me feel comfortable, and I never felt that I was out of my element. All in all, Mosa Med Spa has everything one could ask from an establishment which makes its business managing our physical insecurities. Clean, state of the art facilities run by friendly, curvy professionals, and none of the pretentiousness that is sometimes associated with body boutiques. I almost wish they weren’t so efficient. One could do worse than to be surrounded by the women of Mosa Med Spa for a little longer than necessary.
