Celini and her staff did a wonderful job on our balloon arrangements. The three bouquets were beautiful and the letter balloons spelling the name «Josh» was just perfect. We were more than pleased with the job she and her staff did. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Celini’s services again or recommend her to anyone in need of balloons or party event decorators.

We were thrilled with the balloon artistry done by Celini and her crew. Our colors were blue, coral, and pearl white. Celini met us at the venue in advance, and took a lot of time to look at the room and show us the type of displays she could create. We received many compliments on all of the work Celini did from the balloon bouquets (with unique huge balloons!)…to a balloon wall which not only provided decoration but also a fabulous background for photo ops! Additionally, Celini complemented the balloon décor with coral lanterns and beautiful white pom poms. We couldn’t have asked for more. She was very professional and courteous, followed up with us and arrived on time for both set up and break-​down. We highly recommend Balloons and Party for your special event! Thank you Celini and Matt :)

I ordered a rainbow balloon arch to cheer and comfort a family on a very difficult day. When I contacted Celini, she was very kind, courteous and efficient. Her customer service was impeccable. She did everything she promised to do at exactly the time she promised. She sent the invoice and set up the balloon arch right on time. The arch was beautiful and very cheerful.
