On-Track Cleaners

They open early and did a great job at cleaning my coat. They charged me 20 bucks. I forgot my ticket at home and they kindly looked me up and had my coat ready. 4 starts bc I have only had this one item cleaned there. Should I return and they do well, I will be editing this review.

I switched to On-​Track cleaners from another dry-​cleaning service in South Orange, & things were just ok. The proximity to the train station, grocery store & library is totally convenient for me, but when it comes to getting your items back in a timely manner, that’s a different story. I dropped off 2 dresses, 3 sweaters & a blazer on my last visit, & while there was no rush for me to get them done as soon as possible, I was a bit dismayed when I was told they would be ready a week & a half later…
The staff addresses all customers with the same laconic, disinterested manner but I assume that’s because they’re trying to run an incredibly busy storefront & don’t have time for conversation. So, no offense taken. They applied a student discount begrudgingly on my first visit, but the second time I went back they recognized me, didn’t need my ticket & remembered to add the discount for my second trip. That was pretty impressive.
All in all, if you need your items done immediately, this probably isn’t your best bet. If you’ve got some time for your clothes to be done, then this is a solid place to go for no-​rush dry-​cleaning.
