Unorganized and confusing system regarding the gift card. My card was swiped twice, my purchase was not deducted from my gift card but added in addition to despite me clearly specifying how I wanted to pay for my order. Poor communication skills by the barista/cashier. I’m only here because I promised a coworker I would treat her to a treat. So don’t enjoy coming here.

So disappointed. The wifi was down the nearly two hours I was here. Was hoping to get some work done here while visiting the area but this put a damper in those plans. On top of that the staff didn’t warn me about the problem before I bought my drink, paid extra«for here,» and sat down. When I brought the issue to their attention, first I had to wait for a manager to get back to fix it. In the hour that followed the only updates I got were at my request and the overall vibe was one of disinterest. Ordinarily I love Coffee Bean but this was a waste of my time and drink money.

I always love to have Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf when I’m out of my city(because we don’t have it) but they always have the most delicious options. My first favorite was the«original iced blended mocha» which has chocolate covered coffee beans and is so smooth and delicious It’s a must try. My new all time favorite is the mexican coffee– iced or hot, the perfect blend of chocolate, vanilla and cinnamon in coffee.

I’m happy CBTL is close to home. Staff are friendly and you get your coffee order quickly. This is a good location if you need to study or get some work done. Music is loud but all you need to do is wear your own headphones and your set.

I usually frequent this coffee bean at least twice a week for their hazel nut latte. I’ve never tried any other drink from Coffee Bean because I really think their hazel nut latte is amazing! Other than that, this is just another local coffee bean that has average service.

I went to this Coffee Bean at approximately 8:15am today 12÷16÷15. There is an awful lady that works at this coffee bean named«DINA» normally on register with a horrible attitude. Her level of service is «none» she’s rude and treats customers like they are a bother. I would highly discourage going here if you want that feeling of being appreciated as a customer. This location is absolutely perfect, and the drinks are fabulous! I usually frequent Starbucks, so this was a first for me to meet an old friend at the Coffee Bean. I had the Blood Orange Sweet Tea and it was SOGOOD! The loose tea was in the drink, and I loved the texture of it very much! The tea was very flavorful, and had just the right amount of sweetness. They have outdoor and indoor seating. My friend and I sat outside as it was a little too crowded and intimate inside. One complaint I have is the parking situation. This Coffee bean is in a plaza with a grocery store and several other stores. There is not enough parking to go around. The Grocery store has it’s own parking a few paces away, but guests are tempted to park closer to the store instead so it makes it harder for the Coffee Bean customers to find parking. All in all, Coffee Bean, when you are one step closer to making me a convert!

I love this CBTL location, very warm and cozy. It feels like my own little neighborhood coffee shop with comfy leather chairs, free wi-fi, and smiling, cheerful people. There are also lots of outlets on the side to plug in your computer if you’re working. Drinks and food are great as usual.

I love Coffee Bean! This location is clean and staff is very friendly. I wish I had a closer location by my house but whenever I’m driving up Fairoaks I always stop by to get my slurp on.

My favorite franchised coffee place… it’s right by my house, easy to get the quick decent coffee when i don’t have time for boutique coffee… i like the fact that they will make brand new coffee if you don’t like it… kudos for that service!

Five stars just for Annette and her manager Cindy! They’re always gracious and attentive. I love coming in to this coffee bean because of them. My tea latte’s are always delicious when made by them. I also love the location of this coffee bean. It’s on a major street with decent amount of parking. It’s been very easy for me to go in and out of this one. One dislike, and this goes for most coffee bean stores. They need to improve on their restroom cleanliness. It’s unacceptable. However, this location isn’t so bad. I believe it’s because of management.

Came here today because I always go to Starbucks by my house and it’s always packed and noisy. So I came to Coffee Bean to do some online homework. The Bristol Farms parking is pretty good, didn’t have a hard time at all finding a spot that I can stay at for 2 hours. Before I walked in I noticed that they have Happy Hour from 3 – 5 everyday. My stomach dropped and I could hear myself let out a slight groan, seeing that it might be packed like Starbucks. But to my surprise it wasn’t bad at all! I immediately found a spot to sit that was near an outlet. I then ordered from the Happy Hour menu, which is ½ off ice blended drinks. I got a Malibu Dream, which is a banana and strawberry smoothie. It was so refreshing with this heat right now. And people are not yelling on their phones in here either(that’s right Starbucks, I’m looking at you again). Overall, I like this spot and it just might become my new study location.

This is one of my favorite CB’s. Most of the staff workers are friendly and they’ll go the extra mile to make sure my custom drink is made to my satisfaction… I usually order hot tea lattes and it IS a high-maintenance drink. I usually request the following: a double cup with a sleeve, extra foam and some space on top of the cup. I love seeing how the drink is made. It’s essentially… hot flavored tea mixed with steamed milk and gourmet vanilla powder with a generous scoop of foam on top! Hahahaha!!! :D :D :D Jose & Cindy are GREAT! They both manage this CB location. One time I ordered a hot Thai tea latte and the server forgot to add the orange powder. I already drove 3 blocks away and didn’t want to return just for a drink. It was essentially just an assam tea. The powder is what makes it a Thai tea… After relating the incident to Jose, he offered me a $ 5 free drink gift card & suggested that it would taste more authentic with half n’ half & it did! It was a kind gesture that I appreciated! They have a variety of pastries and frankly… this location has given me good-luck! I met up with a Master thesis candidate here and got hired! I also met a wealthy Chinese couple that recently moved into the San Marino area and wanted me to work with their twin teenage daughters and they too, hired me!

I come here for tea lattes. Their coffee is never strong enough for me. Powder flavoring also weirds me out a bit but I will just pretend its not happening. Some favorites: Winter dream tea latte(tastes like a hot horchata) Vanilla rooibos tea latte Chai tea latte The bathroom at this location scares me a little.

I enjoyed my beverage and scone. The downsides to this place however, is that it was freezing inside, it’s a little small(can be crowded), and it can be hard to find an outlet for your laptop. In addition, my friend and another customer had trouble connecting to the free Wi-Fi.

I went back here to show my loyalty from not ordering earlier in the afternoon. I had a large Mexican Chocolate Iced Tea Latte in Large, even though I wanted the extra large. It is a $ 1 difference & I agree, this place is pricier(but better), than Starbucks. It has difficult parking though, because it shares with Bristol Farms and the mini shops there. I love sitting in the leather seats and another plus is using the Free Wi-Fi, which was not working for me earlier. I noticed though, that at this location, women kept looking at me. Weird experience maybe because I am dressier than normal today. Definitely a more conservative crowd of older women and some younger men my age. For some reason, it attracts older women who have their coffee fixes and obviously are weird. I love Coffee Bean in any city but notice they are situated in places where parking is challenging. I gave this CB5 stars because of the excellent customer service; earlier the Manager and then this time around, the guy who prepared my Ice Latte.

I come to this coffee bean quite often since it’s the closest one to my house. Their service is usually very good and the staff is pretty friendly. I prefer coffee bean drinks to Starbucks because their drinks are creamier — using powder flavoring instead of syrup — in terms of nutrition it really makes no difference — cause they’re both loaded with sugar — they do have like a skinny version of lattes and ice blended where they use no-sugar added powder — but to me it just doesn’t taste as good as the regular stuff so I don’t usually order that. I also like them a lot more because they have a variety of tea lattes — pretty much make any of the teas that they have into a tea latte — but my favorite two are Jasmine Pearl tea latte with soy and English Breakfast tea latte. In addition they also have fruity drinks too and they are pretty good. I usually like what they have for pastries — chocolate muffin, chocolate twist and vanilla espresso scones are a few of my favs. This time around I just ordered a simple plain espresso iced coffee — I added sugar and half n half myself but I like their espresso because it’s not bitter and have a hint of nutty aftertaste. The only thing that made me a little disgusted however was that this time around I saw a roach on the floor near the front door — it wasn’t a very big one and I think it came in from the outside… the place can be a little dirty sometimes though but not to that level where they have roach spawning in their kitchen or whatever. Despite what I just said I’ll still keep coming for their drinks and friendly services — the roach probably unfortunately stumbled in when someone opened the door so I wouldn’t make a big deal about that. Still my favorite place to grab a nice cold drink or steaming hot one.
