This is possibly the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. They mess up my drink order daily. It is unfortunate because it is right by my house and has a drive-​thru, but it’s not worth paying money for the wrong drink every day.

This particular location is terrible. The employees just can’t seem to prepare the beverages properly. It’s a shame, since it’s only a few blocks from my house.

I prefer to use the location on front st. Plainfield. It is more convenient for me to use the location on park ave in south Plainfield on my work days. The Lady at the register is very mean and she gets annoyed easily, if she doesn’t want to fix their mistake, hash browns are cold inside or burned. The coffee is never made to your preference. I have tried to speak to other staff at that location but was unsuccessful. I occupy dunkin donuts 2x per day sometime more for over 3 years.

Horrid! I figured I’d stop at the Dunkin Donuts on Park Ave in South Plainfield on my way into work this morning and pick up donuts for my staff. Big mistake first off the «lady» who waited on my didn’t speak any English and had a really nasty attitude problem. Secondly, she apparently is unable to count to 12. Another «lady» boxed my donuts and crushed them which didn’t matter anyway because there was 0 filling in the Boston cream donuts anyway. I was then short changed by $ 3.00 and given no receipt. NEVER go to this location. They probably don’t even have hot coffee or the intelligence to pour it.
