I don’t recommend anyone come here for anything. I came to get 1 balloon for my sons first birthday. They told me 45 min wait. I said «ok fine» went next door ate food to kill time. I come back 1 hour later and they tell me 45 more mins. For 1 balloon just 1. When I said refund me my money I can’t wait they refused.

This location is far better than the Woodbridge location. It’s very clean and also well organized. I came here to see about graduation party favors and I was pleased with the things I was able to find.
The staff was very helpful and was able to assist me with everything I needed.
The only thing I would say is that it’s a bit pricey. You would be able to get just about the same thing at a Hobby Lobby or Michael’s.

This party city is clean and organized. The people that work here are nice and they know where everything is. You’ll find some good deals here but my goodness balloons are expensive. Can’t say anything bad about this place. It has everything you need if you want to throw a party.

WOO party time!
It’s not as big as some I have been to but it has all the normal party stuff that you’d be looking for. During Halloween time it was pretty organized, they had a line where you picked up things you wanted to try on and someone getting down the numbers. It’s been then everyone trying to run into the dressing rooms at once.
Balloons, cards, decorations, all that normal stuff. I’ve never encountered any problems with staff but I also never really needed any help looking for things.
