Over priced! $ 250 for one laser treatment. I didnt know better at the time and visited Celina once per month for over a year. Celina basically told me I had the worst skin shes ever seen and I need to do microderm abrasion, at another $ 200, in between my treatments. After spending over $ 2,500 I stopped going and am now back to square one. The hair which she promised would never grow back came back just as before. I’m disappointed with her based on the results that were never delivered. Thinking back, when I used to tell her about the burn marks the laser would leave she would just blow it off and say«that’s the price you pay for beauty» or «its because you didn’t wash your face properly» or «you had perfume on». I now know it was simply because she was using a higher strength on me. Blaming the client instead of accepting blame is terrible business practice. I won’t return o this establishment nor will I recommend others to.

She does a good job, but I remember one of her customers/friend that was there walked in and stood there watching me get my treatment done which is really unprofessional. The room should be private not open to everyone who isn’t licensed to just observe when they please. I know she’s a business woman also, but she tends to point out your insecurities and recommend all these procedures which is overwhelming. Also she doesn’t have a set price list like most professional operations, basically she just calls prices out of the air like a car salesman.

I had visited this salon, which I thought would be a bit more medical. However, I felt like it was auto body shop/beauty salon. I have had Laser done before, and the results were questionable, so, I know that if I use the right lasers and the right tech to operate the machine. I should get a good result. I never experienced how their laser felt or provided a long result. But, something was telling me inside of me, this isn’t the place for you. I’m the type of person who looks to see a medical background and assurance to be top of the line treatments. I left there with a 100 timed copied price list, and a brochure on how to blow dry your hair before a special event. May be it’s go here to get a hair cut. But Lasering I’m gonna pass on.
