The office is very poor looking and run down. The secretary is rude and not at all helpful. The dentist wouldn’t answer any questions prior or post the dental work, she kept responding to my questions with «Why, why do you want to know». She was very defensive even before she began. My son saw her and she didn’t even wait a few minutes after the topical analgesic before attempting to inject him. She told him to close his eyes and didn’t even tell him when she was going to give it so of course he jumps up in pain. It almost seemed like she was trying to block my view of what was going on. Overall very low quality service from all the staff.

I almost hate to give out this info but she is the nicest, sweetest dentist you’ll ever find. Very kind and caring.
You know how your dentist will inject you with Novocaine and then leave ’till it takes effect? She will stay and talk to you to see how you’re feeling. Maybe not every time but enough to know that she really does care about her patients.
