We’ve been using Graphic Sportswear for our office swag for over a year and couldn’t be happier with their service. Great quality, solid prices, and incredibly attentive customer support. In particular, they excel at getting projects completed on time and well within budget. Most recently we needed shirts for a team event. Our sales rep, Mike, was able to get them printed and delivered in just 4 days. I can’t wait to work with Graphic Sportswear for our next big project.

We have used Graphic Sportswear for our company shirts for over 10 years. Great quality, service and price. We are local in Sunnyvale but once our Logo was created they fulfilled orders all over the US and overseas for our civilians deployed. All orders large and small were given the same level of service. In addition they really work with you on a personal level to ensure your needs are met.

I walked in to see if I could get an item embroidered with text. As soon as I walked in, I was asked if I had an appointment and as soon as I said no, I was given a look that I was inconveniencing them.
A gentlemen who was very friendly said they would help me out and directed me to a second woman in their art department. While I was walking to her desk, a third woman blurted out if I needed this by Christmas, and when I said I did she gave me the most horrified, disgusted, rude facial expression I have seen in a while.
So back to woman number 2. Off the bat before I could even get one word out she flat out told me that they could not do it. She said they did not have the capabilities to embroider only one item, and that they would have to send the item out, taking around 2 – 3 weeks to complete.
I completely understand that some businesses prefer not to do small, individual projects because they lose money without high throughput of products coming from corporate orders. But what really agitated me was the rudeness I was greeted with. I seriously have never been treated with that level of poor customer service as I stepped through the door. I’m sure this was probably a singular event as holiday season is very stressful, but still, being rude and crass can ruin someone’s day.

Graphicsportswear does a fabulous job printing for for all businesses and the private sector. This company has been around since the 70’s and had grown to print for Google, Bay Area athletic teams, (SF Giants, Warriors, A’s, Raiders) and for Pixar. They take the time to make sure all shirts come out perfect! Not only do they do screening, but also embroidery. I love coming to Graphicsportswear for all my printing needs.
