A small starbucks near the Grand St. highway 101 exit
The inside is actually pretty nice, especially the huge wall painting – makes the place feel grand, or at least bigger than most normal starbucks.
The wait staff are ok friendly. Pretty much what’d you expect at any other Starbucks.

This location was recently renovated. I don’t know how it looked or operated before but I can say that, now, it looks fantastic. The service is quick, cheerful, and consistently tasteful. I appreciate outdoor patio.

When you walk into a Starbucks that sees hundreds of people a day and Saya (the cashier) greets you by name and knows your order by heart. That is customer service! Even when I use mobile order my special request I always have (because I’m that customer with a «special» request) is always done even though I can’t put it in the mobile order. The customer service at this Starbucks is 5 stars with out a doubt. Thank you Everyone at this Starbucks for always starting off my morning on the right foot. Management is doing something right when their staff is 100% on point.

I kid you not when I went to this starbucks today and i was really disapointed. First they forgot about my breakfast sandwhichs then i get home and my pumpkin spice was already half empty. Are they trying to save on pumpkin spice. I am really unsatifatied.

I found this Starbucks on Unilocal and being honest not the super easiest to get to but once you get used to getting on/​off the freeway to get here not to bad. The service is so so and it’s a Starbucks so to get anything above a 3 star from me it’s got to deliver on something exceptional. Service being one thing and being just mediocre well there you go…

If the sandwiches come on a different bread than displayed, they should let customers know that. Ask me what kind of bread I want if there is a choice. The egg and cheese were paper thin. Looked like less than one egg. They jipped me $ 5 in change. I also hate it when places don’t give me a receipt, & don’t ask if I want one. Most Starbucks never give me a receipt…

Just went to the starbucks in the morning.
Was craving a crossiant but something with tomato inside, i always go to the one in colma but i was in the area that week so i stopped by 10am on a friday morning.
I was browsing the pastries and i asked if they had a bow tie tomato crossiant, to my knowledge i thought all starbucks had similar things i guess not. The girl said no and then i asked for tomato and chesse crossiant they tell me they dont have that for months now, how was i supposed to know if there is a sign in there for it. So i ordered the ham and chesse (it was okay) then i got a coffee, i waited for my order that took awhile guessing the guy was new there. Well the girl who ranged me up was talking about me to another co worker about how i asked about the tomato bow tie. I didnt appericate being talked infront and i was just asking a question… very rude!
I will never come to this one anymore. Atleast do it when im not around and sure made me uncomfortable.

Only cashier decides to catch up with the customer she was helping even though she had about five customers in line. Ordered a large coffee that was filled to the top so it made it hard to add milk. Lastly on the drive home I received a car interior full of coffee due to a defective lid… and that was my morning… Also this place is dirty.

Sad that we were being rushed to order, it was not crowded with three people in line. Loud music so I had to repeat my drink order twice and the cashier looked annoyed. The barista was in training and seemed nervous, made visible mistakes. That I don’t mind, we’ve all been new before. My drink did not taste right.

Usually the people are quick & courteous, but not today. I ordered 2 drinks, they madevthe first and then nothing. They went out of the way to help the obvious «regular» guy, (even though he ordered after I did).but forgot my 2nd drink. After being patient, I decided to ask the barista. But I noticed that it was finally being finished.
Here’s a tip… they’re holding it for you at the bank.

Very quite and me lol at this place. Every time I come in I get great customer service from the baristas.
My beverage is always correct and if I do have a problem with it they don’t make a fuss about it and are pleasant to change it with no hassle.

Came here because Quickly was so bad, and I needed a beverage to wash the taste away. The staff is okay, the non-​fat latte was also okay. No lines was a plus, but then again it’s only 2:46pm LOL

This is my go to place for coffee travelers for meetings. $ 12.95 and I get 12 cups with all the sugar, creamer, napkins and stirrers. I just call and when I arrive it’s ready to go.
These guys know how to keep me caffeinated.

Everybody here is really nice… I would rather come here than go to the location on So. Airport. My coffee is always done right. When I say coffee I mean, I order a «quad Venti something, something non-​fat with a little bit of this and a little bit of that… Yes, I am complicated.
