Very clean store, I can always find parking, and the employees are all very nice. Always in and out of there in a short amount of time — just how I like it.

I usually just come here for their pharmacy. I have birth control to pick up every 3 months. When I do pick up my prescription, I usually just go late at night because during the day… it is the LONGESTLINEEVER. Whenever I am here, I do go to the beauty aisle but a lot of times they don’t have what I need in stock, bummer. This location is new so it is really nice inside. The associates are all really nice and welcoming. I just wish the pharmacy counter could pick it up a little bit faster. They tend to take a really long time sometimes.

Wondering why all the negative reviews? Poor customer service, under staffed and employee just don’t care. Went there to fill my prescriptions and they couldn’t get the insurance to pay so they just gave me a number to call. They made no attempt to help me at all. Won’t be returning.

REVIEWONLYFORPHARMACY! I haven’t really been here since the remodel so when my doctor gave me a prescription to fill I took my butt over to this Walgreens since it’s the closest by my house. First impression: it’s nice. I love the layout. The pharmacy is all the wha towards the back and they even have a small waiting area for customers who are waiting to get their order. The lady that helped me, I didn’t get her name, but she was friendly and didn’t seem bothered by my questions of cheaper drugs. Doctors tend to prescribe expensive name brand drugs and while I wish I could afford those, I am living la vida broka. The pharmacy tech was kind enough to give me an alternative to one of the pills that would’ve cost me $ 55 if I had stuck with the prescription. Along with the other 2 on the list, I only had to pay $ 29. She saved me money so there’s a big positive there! I admit, it’s a bit slow here. They’ll tell you your prescription will be done in a few minutes, but it ended up taking about 15 mins for me to get mine. Not super bad, but I was fighting my sleepiness and just wanted to get out of there. Overall, it’s a good place to get your prescriptions filled. Ask if there are cheaper alternatives and when your prescription will be filled because if anything you can just come back to pick it up.

I would give this Walgreens more stars but their pharmacy department is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to and the only reason I’ve moved to this one is because of the location to my home though it’s better to go further to my old pharmacy because not only do I wait less but their staff is nicer. This isn’t the first time but now the 3rd time where I get my call for my automatic refill«ready to pick up» only to arrive and then tell me it is not ready and will be 15 – 30 minutes. The worst part is this time around it was a physical person who called to tell me it was ready. When I asked them«why call me to say my prescription is ready when it isn’t and it’s an automatic refill»… I get a deer in headlights reaction with no apology, only a repeat of «your prescription will be ready in 15 – 30 minutes». The funny thing is that my prescription is a pre-packaged card so it should really take 5 minutes. I will be transferring my prescription back to CVS or Target even if it’s an extra 10 minute commute. It’s still shorter than getting a prescription here. Total wait time: 56 minutes not including the time in line. WTH!

I’m here in line. There’s 12 people in line and ONE cashier. This Walgreens is very slow. If you can avoid this place, avoid it.

The pharmacist Susan is very helpful and thorough when patients have questions as I’ve seen her interact with others and I have also had to speak to her. She’s very good with the Chinese speaking patients. The other pharmacist Sharon is OK but isn’t as friendly nor does she have as much patience. The overall pharmacy is terrible. There are always long lines and the kiosk is often broken or doesn’t let me pick up a prescription I’ve had for years. Most of the staff including some of the temp pharmacists have no idea what’s going on, especially with the FSA program and OTC drugs. And if I have been filling the same prescription for years, why do I have to talk to a pharmacist before I leave and WHYONEARTH do you want me to use the pharmacy phone that’s passed from one sick person to the next, to talk to you because you’re too busy to come out to the counter? The service clerks up front aren’t that much better as they are sometimes too. Also, the paper towel dispenser in the ladies room is broken so what does the staff do when they use the restroom? The Red Box also doesn’t work though my neighbor said that we just have to giggle your credit card a few times to make it work.

Convenient if you life around the area and need something from the store. Customer service is a hit or miss(usually a miss if your cashier/whoever you’re asking for help is not white, unfortunately). Very clean store and a nice change after their remodel. Definitely needs an upgrade on customer service especially if there is a super long line waiting to pay and only one cashier who takes forever to get through one customer or is even rude to the customer(which has happened to me more than twice).

There always seem to be a problem with my rewards account. My rewards is going to someone else’s account. Today, around 9 a.m. got an automated call saying that my prescription is ready for pickup. Still here at 10:51 p.m. Prescription is still not ready!!!

So, this happened to my partner last night: You stand in line at the pharmacy to drop off a prescription before going to dinner nearby. The woman at the counter says nothing but plays charades with this strange wave you can’t decipher. She is capable of speech but chooses not to speak. Eventually you learn it means«you may approach.» You hand her the prescription and you go to dinner. A real dinner, not a quick drive-through a block away. You return and try the express lane. They say«order not ready» — apparently, they got the quantity on the Rx wrong. And then the woman at the counter goes on a break. You get in the other line; you are fourth in line. When it’s your turn and you’re about to approach, this guy cuts in front of you and starts chatting holidays and local real estate with the counter person. And they can’t fill your Rx properly now, you’ll have to come back. Seriously. Moral of the story: go to Rite Aid. I get my ‘scrips filled there. Before I even get to the window, the pharmacy tech has grabbed my prescriptions and has them ready. He knows and remembers my name. Yeah. Never a problem with a ‘scrip. Never. And for them: 15 minutes usually means 12.

The Walgreens Photos Center has missed it best opportunity. Why? We had 840 pictures to print or put on a CD for review. They were already loaded on to the Walgreens website. At the store you can only view and order 50 pictures at a time(long long time) and you can review them as you only get a thumb nail after a few minutes. I asked for customer service to give me the number for their support center as I could not believe Walgreens did not want a larger order than 50. They did not have the number but gave me the number when they called me back an hour later. The call I made to customer service told me I could order cd’s over the Internet from home. Wow, that means 3 trips to Walgreens to get these prints. Online revealed another issue; I could only order 1CD at a time with only 380 pictures on it. Guess what, now I’m looking at 5 trips to Walgreens. Why bother. This is why I stopped buying prescriptions from them. They call to tell you your prescriptions are ready and yet only one is so they make you return and return and return until the frustration level is beyond belief. So long Walgreens for me. Although the website now allows you to order a cd with up to 500 photos on it when checking out it charges an additional charge for each cd. We have nearly 850 photos which required 2 separate orders and instead of 6.99 per cd they were now $ 34.00. I can’t believe the website is so bad as you have to create different orders for each cd order over 500 photos. This store assured us they could burn the cds. We went to the store and they said they could not burn CD’s.

The ‘new’ Walgreens is nice and bright but the pharmacy is horrible. I’ve been getting a lot of prescriptions here over the last couple of weeks. Many were called by my doctor either hours before or the day before. But every time I come to pick up, the prescriptions are NEVER ready. I swear that they only start on them when I come in and ask for them. The worse was today. Was told 15 – 20 mins. Came back four hours later. Still not ready and need 10 mins. They need a better system. In the meantime, I will switch pharmacies.

Convenient! Love Walgreens, and this one is by my house. The parking is kinda a hassle, I know people agree with me on this. Just prepare to take a nice stroll if it’s busy in the shopping area.

Nice bright clean store. I usually get my prescriptions here for convenience. I’ve seen the other reviews and guess I’m never in as much of a hurry. It always seems ready by the time I get there from my hospital in Burlingame. Or I may have waited 15 – 20 min when it was sent to the wrong Walgreens.

I dropped off my prescription today at 12:30. They told me it will be ready by 1:30. Well what do you know. It wasn’t ready until 4:00. For people who are in pain & need their meds those few hours count. I will definitely be looking for a new pharmacy. Unfortunately this has happened to me more than 3 times already in just under a year. Very terrible service.

The remodel is bright and open compared to the old dated Walgreens. The pharmacy service is ok but SLOW. Their express window is useless. Every time I try to use it, it never works. It tells me to see an attendant. Uggghhh! What’s the point?

Big fancy looking pharmacy that appears to always be under staffed because I’ve never waited less than 20 min in line to pick up prescriptions. «Easy to use» pharmacy kiosks are always either down or you can’t use them to pick up meds because it says«see pharmacist». I miss my old RiteAid

The store gets 5 stars. Pharmacy gets 0. Seriously, if you need a pharmacy nearby, choose Target. The pharm. techs here are either afraid to tell patients when the real estimated time is for prescriptions, or don’t know anything that’s going on. It isn’t appreciated that i was told two different times and in the end, it still wasn’t ready. So be prepared to wait over an hour for your meds instead of their anticipated«10 minutes».

I’m incredibly upset with the pharmacy here. I order my refill November 4th. It expires November 7th. I get an automated call saying that my prescription will not be ready because they need to work something out with my insurance and that I will get a call when my medication is ready. November 11th, still nothing so I call and talk to a pharmacist who tells me that the medication expired. I asked her to check on the status of what I ordered before exhortation and explain to me what’s going on. She just keeps telling me that nothing matters anymore since it has expired. She also told me that she will need to call my doctor to get an approval for a refill. Let’s see how long this will take. Essentially, what bothers me most it’s that if I had not called to find out what’s going on, they would have never called me. Added a star because side from the pharmacy, the rest is normal like and Walgreen should be
