I have called this place so many times, and no one has ever answered the phone/returned messages I have left. I live in the neighborhood, and want to give local business a fair shot/first priority, but good lord. Answer your phone and return messages left on you voice mail! Basic business practice 101.

Great deal if you purchase a Groupon! I believe in supporting small businesses but I will not return due to the poor customer service. The nail tech only spoke to me to provide direction in regards to where my hands/feet should be throughout my entire appointment. Not to mention, there’s not much of a selection for gel nail colors.

I give this review a 2 instead of a 1 because I truly liked the lady who helped me. First impression was … Wow this place is run down. Second thought was man… Why does Groupon show a nice spa like resort on the picture if it is nothing like it. There are two parts to the salon. One side is for nails and the other side is for hair. The water took forever to get warm for my pedi. The exfoliating tool used looked like it was not new per person. I now have a rash on my foot. The nail tech got out a hang nail and i appreciated that. She was also very kind and I think she is good at what she does. I would prefer a new exfoliating tool to be used though. My friends water jets did not work for her pedi. Her nail tech barely talked and also decided it was a good time to fold clothes and do laundry for the salon while doing her pedicure. We arrived at 2:30 for our 3pm appointment. We didn’t leave until 5, for a basic mani pedi. The salon manager or owner greeted us while she was bending over with her thong sticking out. Not what I think anyone wants to see. When we went to pay– the system was not working so we went to the other side where they do hair… I almost vomited. The place was full of smoke! I do NOT want second hand smoke… It is disgusting and made me ill. I could not breath and hated that experience. My friends nail tech told us they smoke in the break room and just prop the back door open… CLEARLY this is against MN law. There is a reason why it is too! I am allergic to cigarette smoke. It makes my throat close up and induces vomiting with a light head and nausea. I will never be back– even though the nail tech was nice.

I drove 20 minutes to this salon after buying a groupon for a manicure and pedicure. It was a very busy, stressful day because I was leaving town the next morning for a wedding I was in. Upon arrival, I was told that I had called that morning to cancel my 4:00 appointment. I had most definitely not. Almost no apology was offered, and after looking through the caller-ID to obviously discover that I hadn’t called that morning, I was told I could come back an hour and a half later because my appointment had been filled. If I had not already purchased the Groupon and drove to the salon, I would have gone elsewhere. I waited and then came back. The service wasn’t terrible, but also nothing impressive. There was nail polish on my cuticles and I felt that I had wasted nearly three and a half hours. Will never use them again.

I didn’t even get in the door… I bought a groupon now voucher for a $ 35 Manicure and Pedicure in hopes of having a relaxing afternoon. Groupon Now vouchers are only valid on the day purchased and, you would think, if a groupon now deal was being offered, a salon would have the ability to fulfill the offer. In short, they didn’t have any openings and tried to schedule me for Thursday, not allowing me to use my groupon… I won’t be going back.
