This place is my go to for all presents! Ok, yes, most of the presents are for myself. It’s just SO good. Not gonna lie, I buy the cheapo olive oil in bulk from the grocery when I want plain cooking olive oil. I’ve bought the plain olive oils here and it’s no doubt tasty but I honestly can’t tell the difference and stopped buying fancy olive oils for cooking. The flavored olive oils are great though if you want to do a quick and easy dinner, like toss some pasta or want to use it for a bread dip. I find that the flavors can diminish if you cook it too much though so for the flavored olive oils, I try not to heat it up much. The balsamics are all so rich which is the main reason why I go here. They taste great on pretty much anything. There are sweeter ones that taste great on yogurt and the darker ones I prefer on salads or meats. I just bought the espresso balsamic which is amazing. You should definitely buy the caps that allow for a slow drizzle. They’re about $ 5 for two. They have a program where if you bring back a dry clean bottle, you’ll get a $ 1.50 off refills! Nice way to support recycling! The staff has always been very friendly too. In case you didn’t know, you can taste as many olive oils and vinegars as you want but they’ll pour for you. Sometimes they can be too friendly, when I just want to be in and out with a certain flavor and they’re offering five different other types to try. That would be my only complaint, but really, it’s nice to know they aren’t going to boot you if you’re feeling indecisive or just want to explore. They also have salts and pastas that I hope to buy soon.

Pricey, but worth it. I’m not really a huge fan of oils as salad dressings, but this place changed my mind about that. I had a cherry balsamic and a walnut balsamic that were unbelievably flavorful. You could chop up a head of lettuce, coat it with this stuff, and it’d be heaven — that’s how good it is. I’ve never really been able to taste a difference between different brands of olive oils, but the flavor-infused options at this place are just amazingly good. I’m only knocking one star off because the bottles can be so dang expensive. I’m not knocking off more than that because ANY high-quality bottle of olive oil or balsamic vinegar that you buy a Stop & Shop or Whole Foods is going to be expensive, so you might as well get something flavorful if you’re going to shell out for it. If I had a grand to spare on oils & vinegars, I’d literally buy a 375ml bottle of everything they had. Also, be sure to check out their website’s «promotion» section to see what sales, discounts, and coupons they have when you go.

This is a really cute little store with many different choices of olive oils and vinagers. The flavors range form the expected to ones that are very surprising. Typically, the vingar rsells for $ 22/for 175 ml or about 13 oz. We made the mistake of buy a surpise bag, this was a $ 50 bag that reflected a 40% mark down. We received Carrot Cake Spice vinegar, a $ 46 apron, 2 votives and an $ 8 box of flat bread. What a rip off. We were going to give this as a gift bag but hankfully we opened it first to avoid the embarasement of these items.

A store selling olive oil, vinegars, and salts sound boring. For your ears, this is a snooze. For your tastebuds however — WOW! Come sample dozens of different flavors that will surprise you. These aren’t faint hints of flavor — these are decadent and robust flavors to add to a variety of home-cooked meals!

Lots of olive oils and balsamic vinegars! Another store that I like so much that I would work there if I could. Buttersquash seed oil is where it’s at. Brings a delightful richness to any salad you add it to or meat you cook with it. So good that my sister and I each got a bottle. Many other delicious products too like pineapple balsamic vinegar — another fave. I could spend a good part of an afternoon sampling the different olive oils and vinegars here held in labeled vats for sampling with little cups available so you can try as many as your heart desires. Another great place to find a gift for the cook or foodie in your life!
