Paulie’s Professional Barber Shop

This barbershop has the absolute worst customer service of any business or establishment I have ever been to. The first time I went there I scheduled an appointment they called me 10 minutes before and said I would have to reschedule for next week. I decided a couple of weeks later to give them another try and I got set up with a new barber named Favian. He was a good barber and was really professional he cut my hair twice. And when I showed up two weeks later for my scheduled appointment today I found out that he was no longer working there no phone call or even an attempt to get me in that day once again I was asked to come back next week which I informed that that this was the second time they did this and I wouldn’t be coming back. This was completely ridiculous and piss poor customer service I now go to Flints Barber Shop which is ran amazing experience and they even send email confirmations to verify your appointment. Paul’s Professional Barber Shop is anything but professional.
