I’m on the fence about this place. I know that it’s hard to be in a service business and make everyone happy all the time. They use seasonal employees that know less about pools than a turnip. If you know what you want and they have it then you are good. Don’t bother calling there, just go look for yourself. Twice they have told me they had something then nada when I arrive.
They do pickup at baystate pool supply so you can get hard parts usually the next day.

I have used Splash pools in the past for parts and chemicals since they are a mile from home and I like to support local business. However, this winter, my pool was damaged and I was looking for repair. I called them, and they said they would call me back and the never did. I then e-​mailed them with pictures and they said they would get a quote for the insurance. They never got back to me. I e-​mailed again and nothing. If they could not do it, they should have told me so I did not waste two weeks waiting. Very poor service. Over priced chemicals, I’ll bring my business elsewhere now.
