Low Traffic Shopping Experience, Inexperienced Cashier, Friendly Staff

Overview:
I stopped in on Mother’s Day to run a couple items I had ordered online back to the brick and mortar store for a refund. After parking in the unusual lot (see below), I walked in with my order to return. I had all «requisite» documents together, but unfortunately, the refund did not go smoothly. I had to wait for the cashier to double check with another associate who was already in the process of bringing a large order out to a customer’s car.
Location:
The store sits on South County Mall’s property along side a Buffalo Wild Wings. During the past few summers, they have carnival rides setup; neat to see at night time. The store is located near these rides.
Parking:
Parking is kind of like at the Ronnie’s movie theater. Parking rows run sideways versus approaching the store. Just different, that’s all. Anyway, given the low volume of folks at the store, you should not worry about getting a spot.
Summary:
Dick’s Sporting Goods is your typical «Big Box» store. Unfortunately, they don’t offer order online, pickup in-​store capability yet. They do offer returns in-​store, which is definitely good. It is for that reason alone, I will continue to visit the store when I need to.
Side Note For Online Shoppers:
I found their online chat to be unhelpful. I also sent a PM to their Facebook page; no response.

I was extremely disappointed with this store ! The store is staffed with a bunch of kids that have no interest in customer service
