Flamingo Lawn Sprinklers Installation and Service

On Thursday, May 16, 2013, I had Flamingo Lawn Sprinkler come to my home to diagnose and restart a lawn sprinkler system that hadn’t been active for about 15 years.
Flamingo Sprinkler did some preliminary work, like sealing breaks in some outdoor pipes feeding the water line to the sprinkler system, putting a new bonnet onto the top of a pipe, seeing that 2 of 4 zones activated, finding a water line break, and installing two rotating sprinkler heads and five pop up sprinklers.
Flamingo Sprinkler said that water valves for the two inactive zones had to be located, but he had to leave the work on my yard undone in order to take care of some other repair jobs. He was unsure about when he could return and said he may return on Wednesday or Thursday of the following week.
I called on Tuesday to query Flamingo Sprinkler on when it would return. But I was told that 2 of 4 employees on staff did not report for work and that the remaining two workers were backed up with other repair jobs.
Flamingo Sprinkler told me that he «would get back to me» on when it could return to finish the job.
Flamingo Sprinkler did not get back to me and I called in another lawn service that located the water valves and restored my home lawn sprinkler system on Friday, May 24, 2013.
Flamingo Sprinkler did not install the gosset properly and it did not install nozzles on 4 of the 5 pop up sprinkler heads.
I have learned that Flamingo Sprinkler has a history of abandoning repair jobs that it deems too difficult.
