I can say without question that this is an apartment complex that I would not recommend to anyone. I’ve lived here three years and if I can help it, I will not stay a fourth. Between having three elevators, but no more than two work at any given time, the shoddy work by the maintenance crew, the laziness of the staff, the filth, lack of security, and overall negative vibe, I wouldn’t think of telling anyone to stay here.
The worst is the rent. For what I pay in rent (almost $ 800 per month), I get less for my money than anyone. If the elevators aren’t broken, it’s the buzzer to get into the building. If it’s not that, it’s the water. If something needs to be fixed, don’t expect it done anytime soon. Overall, this complex (which when I moved here, was in much better shape) is a complete waste and I will not be renewing here.
