Had a GREAT lunch time experience. They were well staffed and while the local Subway had only one person working at 12:00 in the afternoon, Horton’s servo e was good, food was made in a reasonable time and tasted great. Kudos.

Offered a frozen hot chocolate with hazelnut. Soooo good. The service was great. I’m a customer service manager. I appreciate great customer service. I give this location and employees a Five. Great job on ten mile and Telegraph.

Just another Tim Horton’s. Service was a bit slow and the floor was really sticky and gross when I was there. Good Iced Cappuccinos, though, but you can get those pretty much anywhere.
DO NOT, under any circumstances, order a bagel here. The coffee is AT BEST equally as good as the bagel place, but the bagels are way inferior and more expensive. Unless you want a breakfast sandwich, go to the neighborhood place next door.
