My son just had the best time at a party that was thrown here! They had so much to keep kids of all ages entertained. Build a bear, race cars that they raced around, Tons of Legos, princess room, dress up, digging for dinosaurs and I’m sure so much more I didn’t see! He will be having his 3^rd Bday party here for sure!

They never answer their phone and have no email address! My son’s party is two days away and they have not called to confirm anything despite 1) me already being charged $ 200 for the deposit and 2) me leaving several voicemails trying to get in touch with them. Not happy

I wanted to let you all know what happened to us, so you can be aware and to make sure it doesn’t happen to you. This is long, but I want to get it out there. In January I booked at party at 280 Sports — Mini Motor Speedway. I went in to see the place and ended up putting down a deposit in person the same day. The man told me the party would be $ 399 for an hour and a half. I’d pay ½ now and ½ right before the party. So, I put down $ 200 that day. After I left I had a few more questions, so I called and left a message and never got called back. I sent a few e-​mails and days went by before I heard anything back. Finally when the e-​mails were returned they left out answers to some of my questions, so once again I had to send more e-​mails. A few weeks ago I called again to put in my final payment and ask a few final questions. At that time I confirmed with the lady she would charge my card $ 200 and she said yes. An hour later she called to tell me she sent out evites for my sons party to the wrong e-​mail list and also me. I was upset, but told her to please recall/​cancel/​whatever she could do to make sure that was fixed. I didn’t hear anything for hours and when I called to make sure it was taken care of they told me it was. Well, I could still click on the link to take me to the invitation, so while we were still on the phone she said now it is fixed and it was at that time. So, a week after this I looked at my credit card statement and saw they charged me $ 300, not the $ 200 they told me. When I called to ask about this they told me there were $ 30 in taxes and $ 70 in gratuity. I was in disbelief. I mean 400 for a party that is 1.5 hours is already insane, but $ 500! I asked to speak to the owner and she never called me. Not that day, or the next day. A manager called me and said they would refund my money, but I needed to decide that night. This is now 2 weeks away from my sons party date. I was so upset with everything I did decide to cancel the party. Now I know, make sure to get everything in writing.
