Amazing Lash Studio

The store is nice and the workers are friendly. Amanda, one of the owner was there today working the front. I also believe she and her sister (I may be misremembering) also owns the store in Los Colinas. It’s a franchised business, so most of the Amazing Lash Studios have different owners.
Today my lash person was a bit on the heavy handed side. I teared up several times from painful pulling of the lashes during the application. Also she kept resting her palm on the eye she wasn’t working on. It was a bit uncomfortable pressure on my eyeball. She seemed knowledgable during the consult. But maybe the hands on clinical part is not for me.
The rest of my day– at least 5 lashes fell off of my right eye. And it wasn’t attached to my real lashes, so I know it wasn’t just my natural lashes shedding. I didn’t notice any from my left eye.
Went to sleep and the next morning i found at least 5 more fell off my right eye. A couple from my left eye. So I figured this is not normal. So I called and Amanda was able to squeeze me in today to have it fixed. This time with another girl. She was gentler on my eyes. She did notice quite a few were already detaching from my left eye. So she went ahead and removed the loose ones and placed new ones on. Yay!
So glad Amanda was very accommodating and was able to fit me in to get it fixed.
About 2 weeks later. Most of my right eye lashes fell off. It seriously looks ridiculous. My left eye still looks half full and even. I could go another week if my right eye looked the same. I’m serious. It’s like I have nothing on my right eye except at the very end a few is left and they’re clumped together. I requested another person for my refill. But if this continues. No more!

This last studio has the best lash expert in town! Her name is Kristen. I had been going to ALS at Alliance for many months and battled lash loss right out the door and could not get my lash expert to do my lashes my way. I went to the lash location for a full set and got the new girl, Kristen. She had been found lashes for about 6 – 8 weeks! My lashes are perfect and I have not lost one lash in two days.
I was greeted warmly upon arrival to the salon by Brittany the manager. They play soft spa type music. None of the annoying music the other place plays. Nice fluffy blankets and no freezing cold rooms.
I couldn’t wait until they opened to call Brittany the day after my appointment to let her know how happy I was with my experience at her store and that I will be back.

I’ve been three times so far, and had a different girl every time– they’ve all been amazing. Especially Monique. She did a really great job. Not to mention the place is super nice and they just have great customer service and take care of you when you go. The price is very reasonable for such great quality lashes as well. I was very hesitant to get eyelash extensions but I’m so glad I did! Completely worth it, and would recommend this place to anyone thinking about it.

Great staff, great price– way more affordable and flexible than their competitors in the area. My one complaint is the terrible spa music that is blasting while your lashes are getting done– bring noise canceling headphones!

I use Shaundra at this location and she is amazing. She will discuss in depth the look you are going for and will not only accommodate, but accomplish your end goal. She has the knowledge it takes and will answer any question no matter how silly you may think it is without making you feel silly. I actually drive past 2 other locations close to me from west Fort Worth to Southlake just to see Shaundra. I enjoy our visits and refuse to let anyone else book me. I recommend booking with her the first chance you have!
