I’m a big fan of bubble tea, and was excited to find this place nearby. Yes, the first time you go it is a little confusing and can be hard to find, but after the first time you’ll get it down. Also, I think the hours fluctuate? I’ve never been in and seen them closed, but per some friend’s reports, they open and close at varying times. The first time I went I had experienced bubble tea many times before, but never had the«jellies» addition. The man working there was nice enough to let us taste test all of the options! I ended up getting an iced Vietnamese Coffee with boba and coffee jellies, this is now one of my favorite treats when I’m in the area! I’ve had some other combinations, and they have all been very tasty. I’ve been to other boba places before were they used powdered drink mixes, and the end result was powdery and gross. I wasn’t careful to watch what they were putting in here, but the drink did not taste powdery at all. Love coming to Bubble Cup!

This place has weird hours. It says it closes at 3 but most times it’s closed even before. Today I saw a guy working there in his jorts; jogging pants like shorts. Ok so m somewhat excited to try it since I pass by it every sat. I ordered a milk tea and 2 strawberry smoothies. He rang me up and I paid. But then I saw on a small shelf that they had popping bubbles so I asked him to add them. Then I told him I assume those are an extra charge but he said that’s ok. but by the looks at his face, he definitely didn’t mean it and kinda snarled at me. So I was like I’ll pay it just tell me the price matching his sass with mine. With all that, towards the end, he gave me 2 smoothies with nothing in it. I’m not a jerk by any means so I just told him he forgot the bubbles. Moral of the story is you only work a few hours on sat if that. No need to be sassy over 50 cents. The milk tea was decent made with mostly powder and the strawberry smoothly was made with mainly strawberry syrup. If the guy was just a little nicer, I could have managed 4 stars.

I tried the strawnana(strawberry n banana) frozen smoothie with bubbles. It was very sweet which isn’t typical in bubble drinks I’ve had on the east coast. It’s convenient and refreshing on a hot summers day. Next time I’ll try the traditional tea. This is a great place to bring your children.

We recently moved to Grapevine and there aren’t a lot of boba places around the area. I read the reviews so I was able to find the place with no problem. The reason I am putting 2 stars is because they aren’t ever open until 3pm on Saturday. It’s very disappointing and a waste of gas to find nobody is there 3 different times. Today I went at 12:30PM and it was closed. Please change your business hours to reflect your actual business hours. There are no hours at the kiosk. The boba drinks are tasty and boba have been sweet and chewy. Boba is included in the price so that’s nice. Price is average and slightly lower then a few other places.

While in Texas for my friend’s wedding, I really wanted some bubble tea. After reading the reviews, I thought I’d try this place out. Nonetheless it was a HUGEDISAPPOINTMENT! THISPLACE took way to long to find. It’s hidden inside a huge building complex & if it wasn’t for my friend’s sharp eyes, we wouldn’t have seen the TINY sign outside the building. Once we found the kiosk for Bubble Cup, it didn’t take long to order and receive our drinks. I went for pearl milk tea while my friend tried their fruit smoothies. My pearl milk tea was not impressive and neither was my friend’s fruit smoothie.

Pretttttyyy good. Got a large cup of milk tea with boba. Boba was a teeny chewier than I would like, but it was good! The taste of the tapioca(boba) reminded me of the boba at Kung Fu Tea in Houston – the hint of some herbal honey flavor. Although the milk tea was on the sweet side, I still liked it. Finished the whole cup! The milk tea was actually better than a lot of milk teas I’ve tried in the Dallas area. Will definitely get another cup if I’m getting my hair done at the Bliss Salon, which is in the same building. I saw that they had healthy options as well as energy and fat burn boosters you can add in your drink.

I’ve been in search of good pearl milk tea in the DFW area for the past year. The key to me is consistency in the drink. My standard test is to try a place three times to make sure that I like the ratio of tea to milk and that the boba are properly cooked. My go to places are usually in the Plano/Richardson area, but I’ve been looking for a «safe» milk tea place on the other side of DFW airport. Today was my first visit to Bubble Cup, and it was pretty promising. It was a good ratio of tea to milk, and the boba was chewy as it should be. It was lightyears ahead of iTea Lounge, which sold me day old boba that had already hardened and should have been thrown away.(The experience was so disappointing that I really don’t want to give them another chance.) As another reviewer commented, Bubble Cup was hard to find. You won’t see a big sign saying Bubble Cup, but it’s in the 280 Sports building.

We go to this Boba Stand every week after my daughter’s swim school. The employees are always so friendly and the boba is actually cooked to the right consistency. I was shocked to find something like this in Southlake! Definitely recommend this place to all. My daughter’s go to choice is strawberry slush with boba.

I would have given this place 5 stars, but on my last trip, I went off my typical bubble tea menu and decided to order«The Hero», which tasted like water, cinnamon, sugar and protein powder, with bits of crushed up ice floating on top. Stick with the slushes and bubble tea menu, and you can’t go wrong. It’s authentic… and my 5 year old daughter absolutely loves it here. Nice, friendly owner.

During my visit, they ran out of boba – how can this be? I had to content myself with a orange mango smoothie with mango and lychee jelly. Nice, refreshing and still chewy fun. Bubble Cup is situated inside an activity mall/sports complex surrounded by gyms, recreational and party centers – it was not quite so evident from the outside where Bubble Cup was located. Parking can be tight during all hours since the complex is a major family destination. Due to its proximity to fitness centers, Bubble Cup also offers nutritional add-ons like whey protein and energy boosters, most of which are Dymatize branded, a great option for the pre– and post-workout crowd!
