DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS GO HERE! I recently moved to the area, and this doc’s office with Dr Knapp & Dr Nichols was near our home, and my daughter got sick after just starting new pre-​K school. My visits were with Dr. Nichols, walking in to the office, they had lots of toys for kids, but not sure how often then cleaned because so many everywhere, plus dirty fishtank with prints all over. First time at office and first visit with Dr. Nichols was exactly 3 minutes long. The nurse took strep test and asked a few questions, i filled out simple forms, no asked for immunization record, or even up to date on shots (i am coming from out of state), the doc came in, didn’t even check ears, just throat and lungs, said will do strep test, nurse came in, did it, we waited, because negative, doc came in literally said no strep, so i will write two prescriptions for sinus infection then left, no explanation of they were for or how to use etc… then had to come back week later because still high grade fever and coughing, this time i waited for 45 minutes after scheduled appt, which in a kids office is horrific, no apologies or anything once called, taken back, again doc came in, checked lungs, said lets to blood test, to virus or bacteria, and will call tomm first thing in the am with results and new treatment if necessary, no call, i called at noon, said no results and they will certainly call, well two, actually 3 now, days later, still no call, it is truly one of the worst places i have every been! ZERO PATIENT CARE!
