there is a 60 y/o African American guy working in this place that is extremely rude to customers. I brought in a simple project and was turned away… not nice about it either. I went to the same company in grapevine and had the task done within 20 mins within any issue. one of the people in the store overheard the guy and said he even yells at customers. not giving this location any of my business!

I signed up for Unilocal,an evil company I despise, because of how AMAZING this location is. I have yet to find another fedex that is as accommodating, friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Scott and Eli both make my day every time I walk in.

My first experience at this location was AWFUL!!! The customer service rep who was on duty name was Eli… I walked in and asked«what’s the largest box available because I’m shipping shoes in them without shoeboxes» So his reply was«I don’t know» Then, I asked him«can I please use your tape?» His reply was«NO» then he ask if I was shipping with them I said yes and he said«I guess it’s ok» Next, I got my box packed with the shoes and etc. Pretty big box and officially weighted at 40lbs. He refused to help me put my box on top of the counter and scale. He almost attempted to then he said«this not my job to do this». I was pissed off and confused by then. I asked if I need to throw some foam peanuts or a little bit of bubble wrap, he tried to charge me for some courtesy wrap/peanuts. Any Fedex I go to ship my packages they always offer me courtesy wrap or peanuts(not a lot) just so my package can be ship safe. Finally, I asked Eli«hey man what’s up? You having a good day?» He replied back«yeah I’m good. Why what’s up? Problem?» The way he said it to me was crazy so I just was like I’m not going to get angry. Just report him to customer service and Unilocal. Whoever is the manager/owner of that location needs to talk to Eli. I don’t if Eli is racist, had hatred in his heart, or just thought the customer service he was giving me was fine, is def not acceptable!!!

I am so bad at mailing things you would think I live under a rock. Fortunately, this FedEx location has an outstanding staff that can help with anything. I just walk in, hand them whatever I need to ship, and they do the rest. The only thing they cannot do is ship to a P.O. Box.
