I have been to this location twice and have already booked my third. I have seen Andrew for the massages and he is really helping me. He not only is goving me the massage but he is also helping me indentify what is causing the tightness in my left shoulder and hamstrings. I feel he is trying to make it where I come for the relaxation rather than for tension relief. The value is fantastic and the location of the building is great!

Hubby and I just enjoyed a fantastic couples massage with Raquel and Julie — they were both fabulous! Ryan at the front desk also took great care of us. Great customer service and value all the way around. We will be back — sooner than later!

1st massage ever! I scheduled a couples massage for my boyfriend and I for our anniversary. I message the business through Unilocal and got a response the same day! Called the business and set our appointment. The receptionist I spoke to was wonderful, soft spoken, informative. Appointment scheduled 10am on a Saturday morning. The couples room was lovely, very big, 2 massage beds, plenty of space. The massage beds even have a warmer! Our massage was awesome. The therapist will ask you where you’d like them to focus, inform them if they need to ease up on a certain location or apply more pressure. This was a great experience for my boyfriend and I!

Been a member for about a year. Started off at the Plano location. I just had a 90 minute massage for the first time at this location. I’ve bounced around multiple locations in Dallas and Fort Worth and this is the first time I’ve thought wow I need to come back here again. Typically the massages are pretty good but clinical and sometimes I feel like they just want me out. Today I was introduced to Sara and she was amaaaazing. She is very interested in attending to what you want and even finding areas that even I didn’t realize were tight. It felt how I always dreamed massages felt. Almost thought I was back at home in Hawaii relaxing!

Best massage for the money. The add-on’s are worth the value. I am able to tell the level of pressure, and they always spot on. I always leave feeling relaxed.

Amazing experience!!! The massage was super excellent and I felt sooo pampered with the upgrades, beautiful room, and fancy lobby! I was surprised at how low the rates were compared to other businesses! Most importantly, they have very flexible appointment times! Already looking forward to the next one!

I am giving Massage Heights a five star review for two reasons… This company made a wise decision to hire Brittany as a manager and to recruit Sarah as a therapist. My wife and I have been a member for 2 years and during the first 18 months we usually had difficulty scheduling an appointment at the time we wanted or needed therapy. In addition the therapists had a hard time following directions and in some cases caused us to reconsider our choice for a massage. All of the previous reviews prior to six months ago are very accurate in our experience. However, in the last 4 months, our experience has changed dramatically. Scheduling has become easy and flexible and our therapy has been right on target. Our plan to cancel our membership is no longer a consideration as long as this positive trend continues. If you have flexibility issues as I do, Sarah is the BEST! HIGHLYRECOMMENDED!

My wife and I have been members at Massage Heights for nearly two years and, until recently, had mostly positive experiences. However, we have had issues with therapists being ill, late, etc. as well as the manager committing to personally ensure appointments are made and massage time comped for inconveniences. These personal assurances were not followed through on. Calls were not returned and appointments were not made. As of this weekend, my therapist showed up 15 minutes late for my session and I had enough. We both cancelled our memberships. Not sure if the management changed during the past two years, but this location needs to be better managed if they expect to keep clients.

Massage therapist was 15 minutes late for my massage appointment, thus the massage was cut short and ran for about 40 minutes. Despite being late, he still intended to get to his next appointment on time, which was apparently more important than mine. When I brought the issue up upon checkout, I spoke to the manager, who refused to discount my session despite it running for a much SHORTER amount of time than it was supposed to. She instead said that she will contact me to set up an additional 30 minute appointment. I left my phone number. She NEVER contacted me. Throughout it all, she seemed fake and apathetic about the issue I experienced. Even before I left my phone number, she started a loud conversation with another customer, and faced away from me. The massage itself was below average. The massage therapist talked to me frequently throughout the session, which is unnecessary in a massage. Professionalism and ability was certainly lacking. To anyone thinking about visiting this place, I recommend going to a different massage business with genuine and caring customer service and masseuses that show up on time.

Been a member for a little over a year and I would call it average at best. Two times they have cancelled on me last minute(once 3 hours prior because the«therapist walked out» and once I was waiting at the location and the therapist just never showed.). Very poorly run operation. I would not recommend his location.

I am saddened to read the poor reviews for this Heights location. I find it quite appealing! I always see KaSandra and she has listened to me and always been professional. The front desk staff is always friendly and willing to help. I am always having to reschedule my appointments and they always make room for me somewhere. I do not go to get massages for the fun of it, believe me, there are other things I should be spending my money on. I get them because it is about the only way I get through life with just a little bit less pain. Therefore, it is important that the therapist listens and cares and communicates, that just what KaSandra does. The only complaint I have is that it can get a little noisy in there. I think that a «spa» setting should be very quiet even if it is a chain in a shopping center. I go in 2 to 3 times a month and the care I get is worth my $$.

Save yourself the headache. We signed up for a 12 month contract, however, everything possible has gone wrong ever since we signed up. First, the therapist we prefer quit. Secondly, every therapist we have tried after that has either been unprofessional or just simply not a good therapist. Third, I can’t seem to ever get a call back from management. There are constantly new employees behind the counter, who have little to no training in customer service. For the third time in three weeks now, I have called to speak to a manager. Somehow, there isn’t a manager until Friday, and no one close to management I can speak to about our concerns. All in all, take your business to an establishment that can uphold a professional environment. This place is a joke.

I’ve been a member at Massage Heights for over a year and had pleasant experiences there along with many of my friends but we all have one thing in common recently with our experience there on multiple occasions we have noticed some unprofessional rudeness between employees. As to my personal experience since the ladies at the front desk get rudely mistreated by the massage therapists. what i do not understand is «WHY» at any point would a person belittle or talk down to someone who has the hardest job in the business and«WHY» would you ever do it in front of customers?. Ive been there in that position and those ladies always have a smile and are courteous but there is this certain massage therapists that ticks me from time to time and can very easily cause quick hostility in that place. It certainly can take the smile away from the 1st person you speak with at the desk. Really? just taking up for the ones that people think dont do much… You have a wonderful business but i have considered taking mine and a couple of my friends to another location.

I was waiting for it to end. DON’T ASKFORALAN, an inability to read coupled with an inability to not stop talking made this massage one of the most unenjoyable I’ve ever had.(He’s also a little creepy and needy – two qualities you don’t want in your massage therapist). Massage Heights provides you with a sheet to specifically list what you need and don’t need, and don’t want. I specifically circled my upper back and shoulders on the diagram, nothing else as areas to focus on. I also wrote specifically«NO glutes or extreme lower back!» What do I get massaged for nearly half the hour of the massage even after telling him to please focus where I noted? MYGLUTESANDLOWERBACK! After writing it down and drawing it out, this guy can’t manage to read a simple message and decipher a circle on a body(something a kindergartner should be able to do). I had to ASK him to please focus on my shoulders and neck during the massage, and he faintly responded. I was more than annoyed, I want to shoot myself. The definition of battery is an unwelcome and offensive touching: this massage was just that. This guy also had lack of control on pressure and was always asserting WAY too much pressure, after telling him what seemed to be 30+ times(every time he applied pressure in another place, I had to tell him it was too much pressure, an experienced masseuse should be able to pinpoint pressure in about 4 – 5 times of patient feedback, he could not.) I felt like I had to guide him through my entire massage. I’m not here for that. Likewise, he didn’t necessarily give a «massage» but rather a flex and stretch and do weird stuff session where he asked you to push your feet and legs in different directions, very awkward and useless. Even in Thai Massages they don’t employ these idiotic practices. Very awkward and don’t think it’s within the code of massage therapists to allow this weirdness… borderline illegal. To add to the terrible annoyance of what was an already ruined massage(I could not relax for the life of me), the masseuse decided to incessantly talk and ask weird and intrusive questions at any moment there was faint and peaceful silence. I answered briefly and shortly in hopes he would stop, he did not. Questions included… — What do you do for a living? — Where do you live? –What do your parents do for a living? –Where do you live?(again) –Where did you live before? –Do you have sibling and what do they do? — Where do they live? –Where’d you go to college? –When did you graduate? — Does your neck feel better? — Wow, look at that, is that a knot? Stop talking, for the love of God. If I wanted to TALK to someone for an hour and pay lots of money for it I’d go to a psychotherapist not a massage therapist. I expect to pay him to stop talking and do his job with minimal interaction. His verbal diarrhea kept me from even having one brief moment of relaxation and at some point his continuous talking and questioning turned creepy from my standpoint of a customer. In addition, he asked annoying questions about a test I am studying for, and extremely stressed about. Asking questions about this, non-stop DURING the massage, did not serve to help alleviate stress. This was honestly the most stressful part. I came here to NOT talk about this, thanks you moron. To top it off, he shorted me 10 minutes on my massage, a massage that already felt like it never started because he never stopped talking to allow for a second of relaxation or repose… nice that it also conveniently ended 10 minutes before it should have. I left the place and paid 10MINUTES before my ENDINGTIME which means it could have been even more than 10 minutes. As I walked out, he manages to READ the paper I gave him on his clipboard and said«Ohhh, man I read here that you said NOGLUTES, I’m so sorry, I really worked on that for the entire massage, please don’t kill me» I had to resist, I was so annoyed that after 1 wasted and paid hour(less than an hour) he does this. Thank you, now I still have to pay you. Needless to say, terrible experience, not relaxing, not professional, can’t read, a little creepy. If I could, I’d ask for my money back. My neck and shoulders feel in no better condition than they did when I went in and before I spent a ton of money. What a waste. Don’t ask for Alan. Maybe there are better massage therapists there, but this is not the one to go for if you are looking for relaxation, silence, and the massage you asked for.
