Very friendly staff. I ordered the cake online for my father-in-law’s bday and had to change the pick-up time last minute and they were very accommodating. The cake was bigger than I expected and was a HIT!

Holy bundt cake! Nothing Bundt Cakes knows how to bundt & they do it well. Their red velvet bundt cake is super moist & on the verge of melt-in-your-mouth & in my opinion, that’s the sure sign of a good cake baker. Apparently Nothing Bundt Cakes is pretty popular(& rightfully so!) because when we went in to pick up our order a few days before Christmas, there was a line that wrapped around the entire circumference of the store & it took us about 15 minutes for our place in line to make it up to the register. I’m not complaining though because that red velvet cake was worth waiting in line for 30 minutes.

I had every intention to bake something before a friend’s Halloween party, but I have poor time management skills and had to come up with something quickly. Like, an hour kind of quickly. I had heard about this place from several people and seen them at the myriad festivals I went to this summer, so I stopped by on the way to see if there was anything left at 5 pm on Halloween. I was lucky enough to score this huge chocolate cake with white icing and a metric ton of paper party favors stuck in the middle for festivity. When I finally made it to the party and walked in with a Nothing Bundt Cake, everyone went wild. Being new to these parts, I had no idea it was a thing. Apparently it’s a big thing. I can understand why. The cake was super moist and the frosting(icing?) was the real deal, made with lots of butter, the only way frosting should be made. I’m not independent wealthy like the rest of my town, so the price tag seemed a little steep, but I encounter that a lot here, so I’m sure it’s average for the area. There is also a selection of really cute items that would make great hostess gifts or maybe a birthday present, but the price tag again seems a little high. You could probably get the same type of things on Etsy for less, but the convenience is great for those who need immediate satisfaction. All in all, great cake for a special occasion. I won’t exactly be keeping them around the house on the regular, but it will be a go-to for things like a mother-in-law visit where I’m trying to bring my best game.

I was a big hit at Bunco when I showed up with the Raspberry Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake from Nothing but Bundt Cakes. They loved it and so did I!

The staff at this location is always extremely friendly. The reason for this review is I recently went in to get a bundtlet for my nephew who had been sick for a week. I mentioned this to the person helping me and she ran to the back and brought out a few«get well» decorations I could put on the cake. I had mentioned why I was getting the cake, but never asked for anything extra — I thought you would have to pre-order for that. Anyway, it was a very nice gesture on her part and greatly appreciated.

I had ordered 12 bundtinis and an 8″ cake for pick up this morning at 10:00 am. I placed the order 3 days ago, online and it was confirmed by the store. When I went in to pick up my order at 11:30 this morning, it was not ready. We waited 15 minutes on the order and it was still not ready, so we had to leave and I sent my mother back to get them. She went in at 1:30 and the order was still not ready. She waited 20 minutes then for the order. I called the manager at the store, DeeDee, and she was very abrasive and rude on the phone. She said she offered my mom free bundles, however, I already ordered what I wanted and expected that to be ready… I told her I would rather have a refund on the bundtinis that I had already places the order on. She said she would refund the whole order and I told her we would not be using their location anymore. She then responded«oh you don’t want me to refund the whole order?» And proceeded to hang up on me. When I place an order online for pick up at 10:00 am, I would think 4 hours later for the finished product is unacceptable. I have never experienced such rude management regarding a mistake that they made. We placed the order for a function, and there’s not a single good excuse for either the 4 hour delay on my order without notice, or the awful customer service. I will not be using that Southlake location again.

I am beyond disgusted by the service I have received at nothing bundt cakes Southlake. I have always been annoyed at how rude the staff are for many years but this location is so convenient and my work orders here nearly every week so I have put up with the little annoyances until today. Today I spoke to Judy(manager) and this was the most unpleasant experience of my entire life, it is clear the anger and rude employees stem from her poor management skills. I needed someone else to pick up my order and it was a huge ordeal not sure why. So I call, Not only does she immediately start yelling at me on the phone but when I ask her to calm down I just want to know what happened and I’m rather disappointed that I’m being treated so bad being that we spend so much money here, she decided to hang up on me just after using some select words. When I call back I spoke with someone else and could hear her mocking me in the background. Needless to say I will never look here again for services. I am not one to write reviews like this but this has to be known and publicized so it can stop. I hope Judy can find a way to be a happier person at least for the sake of her business. This service was unacceptable. DONOTCOMEHERE!!!

Over-rated and over– used. Get creative and go somewhere else. There are a number of great cupcake places and bakeries near by. Don’t by your teacher a bunt cake for teacher appreciation week– everyone else is.

We ordered bundtinis for a child’s class and everyone loved it including teachers. We have also ordered bundlets and the eight inch cake to celebrate birthdays. Lemon and carrot are our favorite!

This should be short and sweet. Great cakes. Awesome flavors. Always super fresh. The white chocolate raspberry and the turtle are my favorite. The staff is always friendly. The store is always clean. And sometimes they give out free samples when you walk in. Just remember they’re closed on Sunday’s which is a bummer. Other than that, I love this place.

The best bunt cake I’ve ever tasted! A sample is given in store(I got to sample cinnamon). I picked the marble and it was amazing! My mom picked the strawberry one and it tasted exactly like strawberries! Really nice people work here and the inside of the store has lots of cute cake related things for purchase.

My unit in the hospital always seems to have one of their cakes sitting in the break room. For a year I resisted trying it bc I knew I’d end up liking it so much, I would always crave it. I finally caved in and tried a sample at this location when I had an appt next door at WTC. The smell from the bakery wafts through the walls to the waxing salon and thats how I got pulled in. The smell alone was just amazing. They had the lemon as samples that day and of course it was all over from there. If there’s anything I love more than chocolate, it is lemon. No joke. I love lemon cakes, bars, etc. These guys make a heavenly lemon cake that becomes even more delectable with the cream cheese frosting. I’ve gone back in to try other flavored bundlets but lemon is still my favorite.

The name says it all… Bunt cakes are what they sell! They have«mini» cakes in various flavors that is enough for my daughter & I to share & have our fill. Though knowing that we all have those kin of days they are and can be single person servings. Our preferred is the chocolate chocolate chip which is as the name states, chocolate cake with chocolate chips baked in. My mother in law who had introduced us really likes the lemon cake. The last time we came In We had gotten free coupons for the minis I mentioned earlier so I don’t recall pricing from the times I’ve been in the area & gotten one … And I don’t think I’ve ordered anything larger than that for a birthday because they are a bit out of my way for that kind of purchase. I’ve never really had any issue with staff there, they seem to have a constant stream of 3+ customers at any time and a high stream of drop in customers with those minis they keep in stock. So I can appreciate being tired after constantly being on the go, Particularly in a high traffic store in this area. They usually have some other items for sale like OU, Tech, UT etc cake plates for sale as well. But I’ve never checked on prices. Worth at least one or two shots if your in the area, keep an eye on coupon mailers, i can’t remember which one but I’ve gotten two free coupon from them but I only saw them cause I was flipping thru that coupon mailer!

Came here last night with my family. It’s a darling bakery. They have samples out to try — last night’s was lemon. It was very lemony and really moist. We each got a bundtlet($ 4 for a good-sized individual serving). Hubby got red velvet, little man got chocolate chocolate chip, and I had chocolate turtle. I had bites of all and they were all moist and tasty. The cakes are kept refrigerated, so they’re served a bit on the cool side. Adorable bakery with yummy, moist cakes. I’ll be back.

These cakes are always a good idea!!! They have a huge variety of flavors. The bundtini’s(cupcakes) are perfect for kids and parties! I feel ask though they are affordable for the quality. I would highly recommend these cakes to anybody! My family’s favorite cake flavors are chocolate chocolate chip cinnamon swirl and read velvet. If you call ahead they can have your cake for you that same day! Next time you have a party and you need a cake that won’t be questioned and hit at the party, get a Bundt cake! They make for a very cute variation of a dessert table and people just love them, also they decorate the big cakes to a theme of your choice! Very very cool! Love them!

Got the 10″ bundt cake to celebrate a family member’s birthday today and it was very good. Got the chocolate cake with their standard frosting and caramel and pecans. Cake was fresh tasting as well. Service was good and while we waited for the cake to wrap up we helped ourselves to some samples they offered. Overall I am impressed and would recommend this place for cakes.

Love this place. All of their flavors are OUTSTANDING but my favorite is their red velvet and their turtle(that they only sell during January). The red velvet has these surprise chocolate chips in them and has such an AMAZING flavor like their other cakes as well. Their cakes are soft, moist and their icing has just enough sugar to be not overly sweet and delicious. There is ALWAYS a line but the free sample in the corner left of the store is worth the wait. I would sign up for their email program because they send out buy one get one deals all the time. My ONE minor thing isn’t really with this branch but with the company itself. To decorate a cake is RIDICULOUS. Almost $ 10 to add a little message. Um, no thanks. I would rather spend a little more time going to Joann’s or Hobby Lobby and find something there to decorate the cake.
