Coming in expecting a little better food than Panda Express, but boy am I disappointed. The garlic broccoli chicken is pretty much not edible. It’s drowned in sauce that’s beyond salty and my rice is cold. My lo mein is also swimming in this salty bath and my beef is dry and again, salty beyond believe! As I’m writing this, Im ready to run out the door and never return. Worst Chinese food I ever tasted in my life.

My first time to Pei Wei and it’s the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. The beef lo mein and chicken ginger broccoli are so SALTY and inedible!!! Will never come again!

I am allergic to peanuts. I have eaten at Pei-Wei before. With the notice of my allergy and even a callback to the store to confirm there were no nuts, this is what we were served. Our order was also totally wrong though they did end up comping it– but they won’t comp my insurance for the urgent Epipen etc. Unbelievable.

First visit, and it will be our last. Had early dinner here last week and the young kids running the place were too busy talking with their friends and using their cell phones to take care of the customers. The couple directly in front of us left without ordering. Food was mediocre and not what we expected. Should have spent more money and gone elsewhere. Food cold and looked like it had slopped out of a can of cat food.

Always solid, hot food at any PW I’ve been to before, and this place is no exception. I usually get the Thai Dynamite shrimp, but went with the Sesame Chicken today which made my tummy very happy. I love the Mandarin Iced Tea with freshly squeezed orange slices. Cookies are pretty good too.

Ordered online the small teriyaki, it was plenty of food but it was 85% noodles, skimpy on the meat which is the most important part in my opinion. also they messed up my order-ordered steak and chicken and got shrimp and chicken. I thought ordering online would simplify this as much as possible. Last note, the teriyaki sauce tastes nothing like teriyaki.

I am absolutely obsessed with the chicken lettuce wraps. If I could eat them every day I would. I pick some up for lunch weekly. Definitely highly recommended! Yummy!

Been coming to this location since it opened. The last few visits we noticed pricing goes up, portions went down and now quality is lacking. Guess we will find other places to go from now on.

Pei Wei has managed to create a standard recipe which changes from time to time while the taste remains consistent regardless of the Pei Wei restaurant location and in what state in the country. I have my staple orders like the Pad Thai which I get mostly to-go, except when with company when I change to the Thai dynamite. Pei Wei has Fantastic affordable meals for the single individual who is constantly on the go. Great taste and reliable!

Well this was the Pei Wei I was first ever exposed too and so I’ve seen the ups and downs thru the years. This is a «fast food» version of P.F. Chang’s if you catch my drift. The service has been generally pretty decent. Some times its really busy with great service, slow with terrible service, or vise versa. Its kind of hard to figure out when they are going to be busy or not, because when they are busy it is hard to find proper seating without possibly having to split your party across the restaurant in twos because all of the 4 person tables are full of parties of 2. I recall there used to be a sign saying please seat after you place your order but that doesn’t stop parties with multiple people saving tables leaving smaller parties out of luck. The price seems about right, less expensive than I believe the P.F. Chang’s equivalent but slightly smaller portions. mind you I’ve only been to P.F. twice and the last time was over a year ago … With this location I’ve noticed in recent goings is that my food is swimming in sauce … I like sauce, its just seems like I requested extra sauce when I have not. Over all good for a chain, and is tucked back to where you don’t have to fight town center parking, but has the same hickups that any chain has that would keep it from being an out of the park option for me.

Terrible lunch bathed in soy sauce. Inedible. Took 3 bites and left. I like soy sauce to a point, but I don’t want to drink it.

Paid Thai with veggies, $ 10. It was Really good with just a little kick. The service(to go) was rude. Clearly not a happy person. Wouldn’t stop me from returning however.

Imagine a livelier(read: noisier) P.F. Chang’s played at double speed and you’ll get the picture. The American Chinese cuisine here is above average and inexpensive, and it comes out very quickly. Perhaps a little too quickly, since two of our orders among three persons came out wrong the first time; to Pei Wei’s credit, however, the manager quickly corrected the mistake. My most major gripe is with the meat-to-starch ratio: fully 75 per cent of the volume of the meal is taken up by the side rice/noodles. But since the meal is so reasonably priced it’s hard to complain; a small meal with no starch and a side should fill you up at under $ 15.

First time at this location and loved it! It’s a little tucked away from the rest of Southlake square but was surely a packed house. Loved the simplicity of the menu and the vegetarian options. I had the Veg and tofu in Thai dynamite sauce and noodles. It was amazingly delightful balance of veg/tofu and noodles and the sauce was tasty while not being spicy as the menu suggested. I ordered the small size and it was the right amount for a healthy lunch. Quick service despite the crowd. Loved it! Will surely be back soon.

Love Pei Wei, love, love, love Pei Wei; but not coming back to this one. Been coming here for years, I’m finally tired of rolling the dice to get the food prepared exactly how it’s ordered. There is nothing worse than ordering an entrée and getting dry noodles to accompany the food. What a pity!

For the same price as Panda Express, you get so much more. I wish I loved more dishes, but I like several. The lo mien bowl w chicken is my favorite, loaded w noodles, scallions, and mushrooms. This location is tucked away in a remote corner of SL Village and usually not too busy.

First visit here and it is hard to find if you’re not from this area. Establishment is very clean. Layout is like other Pei Wei’s. Open floor plan. As soon as we sat down and got situated our food started coming to us. It was delivered to our table within minutes of sitting. Strange. We hadn’t even warned our chairs. It’s not a bad thing but it makes me think nothing is really fresh. The sushi we ordered were premade and kinda dry. We ate at Blue Fish last night so we had to temper our expectations. The lettuce wraps ALWAYS rock. To sum it up this place is worth the visit.

I like that they finally have lunch sized portions at a discounted price. Ive always enjoyed the made to order process and the fresh food. I prefer the crispy honey chicken with brown rice or the teriyaki chicken with extra veggies. Read the e-board menus, order up front, grab your number and head to a table. You’re food will be made in the open kitchen and then walked to your table. Very simple, very efficient, and the food is very yummy. The menu is diverse to include not only rice bowls but noodles, apps, and salads. The pork pot stickers are good, the edameme is good too. I didn’t see any spicy mustard at this location– only the chili sauce and soy. Oh yeah, this place has the cool Coke«make it» station where you can basically craft any flavor of Coke soda you could imagine. I’ve been back several times since my first visit.
