Meh. I don’t know if this location is suffering construction fatigue or if they need a refresher in customer service skills, but this Starbucks location is not a good reflection on the company.
The three baristas working behind the counter when I was in seemed miserable to be there, and really only wanted to talk to one another. The cashier was surly, and did not follow any of the standard Starbucks procedures. The barista left drinks stacked up in the delivery area without announcing them to customers (he was chatting up another Starbucks employee who was off the clock), which resulted in people not knowing which drinks were theirs.
Starbucks is a really good company, and they do a lot for their employees. It is a shame to see employees who have no pride in their job, or in their company.

This is one of the most unfriendly Starbucks I have visited. Honestly, I usually go out of my way to the Keller location just to avoid the unfriendly baristas. I get an Unsweet tea so it’s not like he drink can be wrong. My one star review is based solely on the partners. Oh, and in the fact that I witnessed a partner drop a steaming pitcher ON THE FLOOR and put it back on the bar. Eww.

Stopped here twice for a cool drink while on a girls’ weekend in June. The place was very cozy and comfortable. They have a wide variety of drinks for any palate, even me. I ordered a double chocolate chip frappé one day and a s’mores frappé on the other. I preferred the first one, but both were well-​prepared, chilled, and tasty. I am not a frequent visitor, since there are not any in the area I live in, so both visits were a nice and welcome surprise!

No drive through at this location.
Stereotypical Starbucks. Been to any of them and you’ve been to them all. This one seems to be a little bigger than most though.
Pros:
1) Right off of 1709
Cons:
1) no drive through
2) typically pretty crowded.
I’m not big on starbucks to begin with (don’t like burned beans), but my mom is a total Starbucks junkie… So I’m here pretty regularly anyway.

Starbucks is Starbucks.
The employees are friendly here and I typically use this Starbucks as a meeting place, as it is pretty huge & never crowded. I guess it’s *just* far enough away from Southlake Town Center.
