The Threading Studio

The ladies are SO sweet and always do a wonderful job threading my brows! Quick, relatively pain free, and leaves my brows looking like a miracle worker has worked magic on their shape – couldn’t ask for more! Going to try out the lash tinting soon!

I am a breast cancer survivor. My eyebrows were almost completely gone. I got my eyebrows microbladded and they are beautiful!

I can’t thank Sunita enough for being able to fix my eyebrows that were microbladed by another individual in Dallas. The previous person told me that I didn’t need a touch up, which left my eyebrows completely faded within 2 months. Sunita looked them over and fit me in the very next day to fix them. Not only is she fantastic at microblading, but she is extremely professional. SEVERAL artists in this industry could learn a few lessons from Sunita with the way she conducts business. She truly values her clients. I will recommend anyone looking to do microblading to the Threading Studio!

Went for the first time today — for brows, upper lip and chin — and I’m very happy with the results. I was asked if I wanted my brows thick or thin. I said thick, and wish they’d been left just a bit thicker, but they still look great. I was in and out quickly, and the price is very reasonable. I’ll definitely be back.

JANA did an awesome job on my brows! This place is usually busy… And I can see why. They did a great job. She kept the thickness of my brows and gave me a great shape and I didn’t even mention how I wanted them done. She also showed me how to fill in my eyebrows correctly and how to keep them looking natural. I bought their EYEBROW POWDER, BROW GEL & one of their fancy little eyebrow brushes that has a pointed side for applying to powder. I love it all… my brows have never looked better!

I was in town for the weekend and needed my eyebrows done. Jana did a great job and if I lived closer I would go to her all the time.

Why: I think my review would be better if I had made an appointment for earlier in the day. The receptionist was rude, the woman doing my threading was exhausted, and the space was cramped with walk-​in customers. Despite this, she spent some time trimming my eyebrows after the threading to shape them up a bit. The overall effect was great, which caused me to overlook the several stray hairs she left behind on my upper lip and right eyebrow.

Finally grew in my natural brows after getting the 3D done here twice. I again went to see Jenna!
She first dyed my newly grown in brows medium brown. While the dye sat on my brows she flawlessly threaded my whole face. After cleaning off the dye she let me see them– they were the perfect shade of brown for my highlighted blonde hair! She shaped them without taking too much of that hair it took so long to grow in!
Now instead of taking a lot of time in the morning to try and «fake» my brows it’s just a few strokes of pencil to complete! I will always come to this salon for my threading!

So let’s talk about eyebrows. It took me 6 months to grow them out hardcore! And I finally went to @thethreadingstudio because they don’t over thread my brows. I still like to have thick natural brows. And she gave me the PERFECT SHAPE! Thank you @anastasiabeverlyhills for holding me up until then. I got back my natural brows after wanting to pluck them so bad for 6 months but the awesome shape is so worth it! #eyebrowsonfleek #eyebrowshaping #eyebrowthreading

Just had my eyebrows threaded, and they did a fantastic job! I’m super particular about my eyebrows and usually find that threading places take off too much of my shape but this place was great! I just wish I lived closer to this area so I could come back more often!

I have pretty small eyebrows naturally and have only had them waxed once, feeling like I didn’t need it.
But after getting them threaded I can say truthfully, my eyebrows have never looked better. And for only $ 15!
A little painful, but they were so kind. I was in and out of the salon in less than 15 minutes! Would rate higher if I could.

These ladies do an awesome job. I get my eye brows done here and they always do well and never get them too thin — which is always my fear. Your eyes brows are a pretty important feature on your face, after all.
They are located in the Salons of Southlake to the right of Kroger and are the first salon there on your right as soon as you enter the building. No appointment required. I recommend giving them a try!

I’ve been going to The Threading Studio for almost 10 years now. I’ve moved & it’s a little out of the way but it’s worth the trip!

This place was awesome! Amruta was so gentle, fast and thorough. I liked that she showed me one eyebrow to see if I liked it BEFORE she can even started on my other eyebrow. I grew out my eyebrows for 6 months to get a new shape and I was scared to trust anyone with my eyebrows. But I came out Completely satisfied. I also liked that she filled in my eyebrows afterwards :) will definitely be returning!

Actually would give it no stars if I could! Rude people and way over price!!! They defiantly are not worth it!!! Sticking with nicer people!!!

Sunita is awesome!!! She’s been keeping my brows on point for about 7 years. Simply amazing. Where she goes, I follow.

I’m a habitual waxer and I’ve never had threading done before. I decided to give it a try since this place had such great reviews.
I’m beyond impressed!!! They were VERY fast, friendly and shaped my brow perfectly without me having to ask for any adjustments. On top of all that, they were cheaper than my normal wax.
I will definitely be coming back when I’m in the area.

Hands down, best threading place in dfw. I’ve been going here for 6 years now and don’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows. When I lived in Denton, i would make the 40 minute drive just to get them done. Sunita is an expert, she shapes them evenly without making them too thin. I have never been a disappointed customer here.

I’ve been to The Threading Studio a number of times at their old
location. Amruta was kind enough to stay open a few minutes past closing time, as I couldn’t find their new location (next to Kroger on 1709). They do a consistently great job and are very friendly!

Being on Retin A is what originally led me to Amruta, as waxing is a big no-​no for my sensitive skin. She is super fast, precise, and has a knack for being able to create the perfect arch on many brow types.
I’ve gone to her about 5 times so far for a complete facial threading in order to achieve a flawless makeup application. Seriously, if you think your peach fuzz isn’t hindering your natural beauty, try threading it off and you’ll be AMAZED at the difference in quality that your makeup application will have on your bare skin.
The only reason I give her 4 stars is because of 1 minor issue she neglects to address with her clients: breakout avoidance! When you remove the hair follicle, it temporarily opens up your pores, allowing dirt and grease to absorb directly into your skin and cause awful breakouts.
Amruta offers you either Witch Hazel or Hydrocortisone crème to immediately slather onto your face right after your hair removal session, which causes clogged pores and breakouts. She also incorrectly suggested to me that it’s fine to apply your makeup immediately afterwords. It isn’t. you wouldn’t go to sleep without washing your makeup off your face, right? Then you DEFINITELY shouldn’t be putting foreign debris directly onto your open, freshly-​exposed pores. It will saturate directly into your skin, and cause all sorts of issues.
No need to fret though. The best solution for avoiding this problem is to simply bring an Oxy pad wipe with you to use after she has finished threading your eyebrows or face. It’s so simple, I don’t know why she doesn’t offer this herself. Can’t wait to go back again in a few weeks!
