There are a few companies in Florida that expertly rip you off– Frank Seeber Roofing is one of them. They took several thousand dollars as a deposit just to come and look at our roof. After receiving their excessive estimate we decided to use another more reasonable company. Frank Seeber Roofing after 4 months still has not returned our deposit. They don’t return phone calls and are charging several hundred dollars from the deposit just for coming out to look and estimate the job. Stay away from this company — call the BBB and read the rip off report on them before you get swindled by them. They lie, they cheat and don’t care about their reputation.
