I am a client of this salon. There is nothing Nancy or Tony wouldn’t do to make sure your day was perfect. I show up with a major mess for nails and I walk out with nails I brag about. I have been with them for years. My mother has joined me. If you are looking for pampering and professionalism you have found it here. Have fun. I do every time I walk in the door.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother – who wanted to create a Unilocal account just so she could write a review for this place… unfortunately Ma Dukes has an unfortunate knack of forgetting her passwords to stuff… like the Verizon account we all share which results in a monthly bout of frenzied texts and her trying to recall if her «first pet» is her first as a child or her first as a married adult.
I digress.
Like a review posted below – mom’s pedicure was done by the young daughter. Her nails weren’t cleaned, she had polish on her toes in 20 minutes, and she still shelled over $ 30. She’ll never go back… Happy Nails has a new customer!
I warned her.

I tried this place out because I had difficulty getting in to my regular salon. They did a great job! I thought the prices were reasonable, same range as any other nail salon in the area. Nicest pedicure chairs I’ve ever been in. I like that they give you different levels of pedicure options to choose from (ex. classic, express, spa, etc.) I disagree with the low rating it has on here, I was impressed and would recommend it to anyone.

First of all, the pedicure I was received was fine. A bit over priced, but maybe standard for Southwick.
My biggest issue here is that the owners had their VERY young daughter do my pedicure. I was beyond uncomfortable at how young she was and how she was expected to work in the salon. I felt so guilty. This should not be allowed, and for that reason I will never go back, and I encourage everyone to steer clear.
The owners/​adults in the salon barely addressed us, and made the kids give us pedicures and check us our at the end. So sad.

Horrible horrible customer service!!! They nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING!!! Over charge for services and add misc. charges to your bill! Who doesn’t accept credit cards on Sunday??? The female that owns the salon gets in your face and she is rude beyond belief! The husband and son however are wonderful. It’s really to bad because neither my sister, daughter or myself will NEVER return.

After taking my sister to get her nails done a few weeks ago, first time since her wedding as a treat… epic fail. Three of my nails discolored which has never happened in the 10+ yrs I’ve been getting my nails done, according to my regular nail stylist this happens when unclean tools are used. My sisters started to lift after a few weeks, she took them all off.
