A Total Image Solution

I made an appointment for noon and got out at 8:30pm with purple, yellow, silver and orange hair. When I refused to pay, the owner told me I should feel guilty for keeping her staff working on my hair so late and she charged me $ 150. All I wanted was to return to my natural blonde. This owner may have years of experience and have good connections based on the other reviews but the way she treated me left me leaving in tears without an apology. Throughout the 8+ hours I was in the chair, I had bleach upon bleach solution applied to my hair and after it turned purple from rinsing, the owner offered me alcohol. She mentioned that this has happened before to another client and it «just happens» in the hair industry. If I were the person reading this review I would seriously consider the possibility of this happening to them, because I sure didn’t when I went in. This has never happened to me and due to this bad experience I will be reporting this business for bad practice and mistreatment of a client to the better business bureau. Today I walked into A Total Image Solution to get a haircut. Denise got me right in. She told me that my hair was basically a hot mess from coloring it at home for so long. It was green in tint and was cotton candy she said. After having the Olaplex Treatment, and a wonderful cut, my hair feels and looks terrific !!! I will be a lifetime customer with her. What a great lady from the start.

Denise is a superb specialist in fine and thin hair. I have always had a lot of difficulty finding someone who knew what kind of cut and style I needed, who had good tips on how to manage my hair. She knows her stuff and is well worth her weight in gold. She understands my hair like no one ever has before and rates an excellent in my book.

Love this place. Denise is fabulous with my fine and thin hair. No one guesses that I don’t have much on my head. She works miracles. So nice to find someone who specializes in fine, thin hair!

I always have the best experiences when I go! Everyone is so friendly, and all the stylists are wonderful. Also, I love that I can do my tanning, get my hair done, have a massage, plus I hear they’re doing eyelash extensions (which I desperately need)!

I started visiting Denise a couple of years ago and I strayed once because I thought that a lesser expensive salon could do the job as well. Big mistake!!!
I had to go back once to change the length, which I had initially requested and she corrected my mistake without charging me and what is more without making me feel stupid. I have to admit that I am hair challenged … I am bad at articulating what I want and am equally bad at keeping it looking great. Well, let me tell you that this is no longer a problem. I set up an appointment, I sit down and let Denise do her magic and I seldom have a bad hair day!!! I cannot thank you enough and am looking forward to seeing you again:)
