Great little hole in the wall pizza place. They are moving so keep up with the soon to be new location. Currently, the surroundings are a little simple and it seems like it’s more take out that sit down. But it is great pizza and the prices are good.

Okay this is as New York pizza as you can get. Joe is a nice guy. Speaks in broken English but knows his pie. Great price too. Portions are generous. Definitely a go to place for fast good Italian food

My first visit here, back when my first picture was taken… It was somewhat hard to find exactly what office that Joe’s was actually in, in the lil plaza that it is located. Weird, I just followed my nose… It’s tucked away on the east side of the plaza and towards the back. I proceeded to place my order for 2 pies. I also noticed that as I checked in that I was allotted 1 free slice. Best believe I’m gon use it. He even re-heated it in the pizza oven as I’m sure that he does with every order by the slice. As I waited for my pies, I indulged in my slice… UHMAZING!!! The crust is crispy on the bottom, and still maintains a soft dough topside. The sauce and toppings were tasty and abundant. What??? Don’t believe me??? Look at my pics… Then take ya self to Joe’s and see for yourself. You will not regret it. Also please respect the free slice offer for first time check in’s only. We want him to like his Unilocal people.

Just moved here from South Carolina and this is our First and last time to order from this place! Ordered at 5:55 and was told it would be 30 – 40 mins for delivery; it arrived at 7pm. Ordered the large supreme pizza w/jalapeños added. The pizza had a scarce amount of veggies, green peppers were practically raw, no jalapeños and no meat other than a few pepperonis. I honestly have had better frozen pizzas. We also ordered the bread sticks with cheese and the marinara sauce was runny. What a waste of $ 31($ 27 for food plus tip)

Total hole in the wall in a strange place and completely amazing! They close at 8:30 so don’t wait! Inexpensive and worth every penny and more! I had a custom calzone with Canadian bacon, ricotta, garlic, and spinach… my new favorite. Oh, and the marinara… yes!

I hoped this was gonna be as good as I’ve heard. It seems to me the quality of ingredients could be better. Joe is a nice man. I hope his business does well. I eat pizza daily while in NYC. This is certainly similar but lacks the mmm-factor of a simple, delicious pie. The calzones are good too. It’s all just missing something.

I love the crusts on these pizzas. The staff is friendly, it’s easy on the wallet and tastes great. Try the dough wrapped sausage thing, it’s awesome. Support your local«non-chain» pizzeria !

A great place! We stopped in while passing through and we we really surprised. The pizza was really good, and the owner was friendly. I enjoy supporting small-businesses and this place is worth supporting.

I have been eating at Joe’s since he was in Daphne and he’s still got the best pizza! The white pie is absolutely the best! Don’t forget Joe’s homemade calzones. You can also get pans of his amazing pasta salad to go… it’s great for pot lucks and picnics

Really good food and the combos are only $ 7. Great place to grab a quick bite. It is a little hard to find. You have to go all the way down to the end of the building and you will see the sign in the door.

Formerly Dante’s in Daphne, Joe’s is authentic, NY style pizza(coming from someone who has been to New York and tried their pizza). I get the 3 cheese pizza slice or calzone: mozzarella, ricotta, and one other… AMAZING! Great value.

The owner greeted us as soon as we walked in and it didn’t take long to recognize him either. He’s the guy who used to own Dante’s Pizza in Jubilee Shopping Center. I felt like little a girl on Christmas morning! I hated seeing that Dante’s had closed. I like NY style pizza, and this is the real deal. The owner moved to NY from Italy in the 80’s and his family owns several pizza places nationwide. He’s the nicest guy too, which makes eating here that much more enjoyable. My husband had never been to Dante’s and he didn’t quite understand my excitement until he tasted his calzone and some other Italian sausage thing he ordered. I had a slice of stuffed meat pizza with a side of red gravy, which was Southern Italian style. The calzones, oh my gosh, that fresh bread and gooey cheese, in addition to whatever meats and veggies you choose to fill it with — delish! I’m a lover of pizza, and this pizza is spot on. He has regular NY style and stuffed pizza, and he sells it by the slice or the whole pie. He also has lasagna, spaghetti with homemade meatballs, and a couple other pasta dishes. Of course, every Italian place has cannolis and the ones at Joe’s are delicious. The prices are very reasonable. We had a calzone, slice of stuffed pizza, sausage roll, a dessert and 2 drinks for less than $ 20. He also has daily specials and he delivers! My guess is, we’ll be back before the weekend is over. My son was as excited as I was to find out that it had been here all along and was just right down the road.(Mr Joe, which is short for Giuseppe, used to teach him to speak Italian when he was a just little tike and he’s never forgotten that.) Soooo excited!!!

Good, cheap pizza in a weird location, but the service is great and fast. Pizza comes with tomato sauce for dipping, that I like, but it’s kind of watery. I’m not expecting Giordano’s here, but still decent pizza for a great price and supporting a local business. Eat at Joes!

Joe’s has decent prices, but the pizza just doesn’t cut it. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, spaghetti and meatballs, and the sausage roll. Nothing was good enough to order again. The pasta was really watery and the pizza was just kind of bland. I like that they sell their pie by the slice, but I wouldn’t likely go back.

Had heard good things and wanted to try them out. Ordered a special that included a pizza and some other items. The pizza was very big and decent tasting… not enough sauce for my taste… but they did include a few extra containers of sauce. It is definitely a New York style pizza. My complaint is they apparently had one delivery guy working and it took a very long time to deliver at a time that shouldn’t have been very busy. The worst part is that when it finally got there, they had forgotten part of the«special». I ended up giving the delivery guy a check for the full amount b/c he said he would stop back by with the rest… but he never showed up. Very aggravating and will not order from them again.
