Contractors took 2 months longer than the promised deadline. Owner always blamed his people and never did anything to fix the problems. In the end, the tile work was sloppy, tiles cut too small or crookedly. Paint dripped and left to dry in my sink, on the fixtures, on the countertop, on my hardwood floors. Plaster spilled on my garage floor and wood deck. They destroyed a ceiling fan and would not replace it. They destroyed a light fixture, replaced it with a cheap one and then wired it incorrectly so I also had to replace that one and have an electrician rewire all the way to the switch. They put towel racks and a shower curtain rod in the wrong places. The owner would fight with his employees and scream at my real estate agent. They left their cigarette butts on the ground around my house. Never choose these people. There are a lot of other options out there. Don’t pick this one just because the owner was so nice the first time I met him and told me everything I wanted to hear. They were all lies!

We have paid more than $ 6000 for the right to share our honest experience with this company — please be very careful before getting into any business arrangement with them. We bought a «big deal» for bathroom renovation design, and the owner Frank came to look at the space, hear our goals, and take measurements. We met with him a couple of weeks later and were happy with the design he prepared. We went ahead in creating a contract for the work to be done — his staff was very communicative and we made some adjustments to the contract. We signed the contract and paid a deposit of $ 6,766. We met with one staff member to start selecting materials for the bathroom and 5 days later had a major life event. As a result we needed to change our plans and cancel the contract. We contacted Frank immediately to prevent any materials from being ordered and he was pleasant but reminded us that the contract gives him the right to retain the entire deposit. Suddenly it was impossible to get Frank, ie anyone with decision-making power, on the phone. When my husband finally got Frank on the phone his best offer was to return ½ the deposit ONLY if we signed an agreement not to share our honest experience with future potential customers. If you thought you were providing your customers a good experience why would you try to silence them? After a series of emails trying to explain our circumstances, and after receiving a number of emails containing very personal insults directly from Frank(while simultaneously touting his personal integrity) we decided to forgo the entire deposit for the right to share with you our honest experience with this company. I hope this expense will prevent others from having the type of disappointment we experienced.
