Keva Juice

I love getting Keva juice right after I’m done working out at the gym. They have additional options to where you can add scoops of whey or soy protein which is awesome! I’ve never had to wait longer than a few mins to get my smoothie or shake and the girls have always been very friendly. They have a pretty neat system to where it tracks your points all electronically, so no more punch cards!

Ordered a Green Hulk to prep for hike this morning. It was quite yummy and refreshing. Great service too.

The people who work here are always friendly and fast. I have never had an undesirable experience.

Very unfriendly service. 3 customers waiting for their drinks and we waited 15mins to even be acknowledged. While taking our order the young girl was very rude and short with her responses. Was really craving a refreshing beverage and great customer service. Sad experience.

Keva is always good. It’s the counter help that needs to be worked on. Not friendly at all. They didn’t wear name tags so I can’t say who specifically the name. But she wasn’t friendly, had to repeat my order a couple of times. There wasn’t even a thank you at the end. Hopefully she won’t be working when I go again.

An update so soon? Yup. It was needed.
Why you ask? I went back yesterday to try their Dole Pineapple Whip. Soft serve that is nostalgia for anyone who has visited the Dole Plantation in Oahu or Disneyland. It’s very hard to find outside of large tourist destinations so I was quite hesitant to believe it would be as delicious.
I stopped in right after work since I was picking something up from a business in the same parking lot. I went in and asked about their size options. Lucky for me there was only 1 option. I was shown a clear plastic cup. For a little shy of $ 6 it seemed to be a reasonable fee. It was then handed to me, not only filled to the top, but a good 4 inches over the top of the cup! Pure delight! My eyes lit up in anticipation. I forced myself to take a picture before digging in. As soon as I took a bite I was transported back to Disneyland — sharing a cool bite on a hot day.
Knowing I can obtain this locally is both exciting and dangerous. I had it last night and now I’d like to go get another one.
Do yourself a favor and give in to the desire to check this out.

While it said I had two check-​ins here, I can only recall just the most recent time. I don’t do a lot of business or hanging out on this side of town. It’s a little far from where I live.
But I can say the one time I was here, the lady was super helpful. It was right about 1230 and I hadn’t had lunch yet. I asked her what her most filling juice was, and she recommended the green something. (I suck with names). It was all delicious, until the ginger taste kicked in. The lady made the drink well, so it wasn’t overpowering, I just don’t like the taste of ginger. Next time I may order it without the ginger.
The location wasn’t very busy for a Friday midday. It was nice to be served within a reasonable time frame with a delicious drink.
I don’t know how often I’ll go back to any Keva Juice location, but I’m not opposed to the idea based on this good experience.

First off, as a long time customer I have an issue with some of the other comments. If you order 5 smoothies ask for a drink carrier. If you did that then learn to push a door with your back and place the carrier on top of the car while you open the door. Unless you’re disabled, or have a small child you shouldn’t expect the employees to help you with basic life skills. Yes it would’ve been nice, but don’t get irked because that didn’t happen. Oh and they don’t give you the cookie. The display is on the front counter next to the register, and you the incompetent customer must grab it. To another reviewer; How the freak did you get a warm smoothie??? It’s all frozen except for the juice and banana. And ice is added! They also don’t have plain white cups, so they just must’ve been out of their logo ones. Must be a former jamba employee. The apple juice is also fresh juiced now, along with other things, and their juice line has expanded considerably.
Okay I’m done ranting. This place is great! The smoothies are the best, and the pizza pretzels are exquisite. Yeah sometimes there are mistakes made (they are human) but the owners are very receptive to feedback and complaints (which you can send from your digital receipt). Make sure to ask for a digital punch card :)
PS. I recommend the Hawaiian Holiday with all orange juice instead of pineapple and orange :)

I was glad to see that this location of Keva juice was reopened. My coworkers and I ordered five kevas and a protein cookie to go yesterday. When I arrived they made the drinks quickly and the kids that worked here are friendly enough. The one thing that kind of sucked though was that I was bogged down with my purse and five big kevas. It was tough to get it all together. As I stumbled out the door and struggled to get the stuff out to my car I wasn’t even offered an open door on my way out. There were five people there and they weren’t busy when I left but not one of them offered to help out. When I got to the office I saw that they forgot to give us the cookie but charged us for it. That was pretty annoying. Being that it was a $ 3 cookie my coworker drove back and picked it up. The drinks were good but the service here is meh… Hopefully they can get it together a little better at this location.

I love this place! I’ve never had a drink I didn’t like and the workers are incredibly nice. However, their toaster has been down for almost a week and when I went in yesterday it still wasn’t fixed. I like getting a toasted pretzel on my lunch break and it’s been a real inconvenience since they still haven’t take care of it. Until they fix it I give them a three star rating.

Starting a new juice diet I decided to give juice a try. Expecting to have a great juice experience it was the opposite. The girl who helped me really did not look like she wanted to be there. The juice in which I thought was totally «juiced», was processed apple juice and blended kale. My God I have a breville juicer at home and juice everything so that there is no grit to it what so ever. Juice should be just that… juice! Instead I received 2 32oz cups full of kale and carrot grit with flavoring. I won’t be back for the mere fact That if you can’t even make a juice correctly then how do you make everything else correct? Oh and tip to the girl up front. Smile its really not hat bad.

The staff are always friendly and excited to help you. The inside is very clean and Razmanian Devil is awesome! They are very quick at making the smoothies.

This place is awesome! So happy they re-​opened this location. Service is always fast and friendly!

So happy to have a keva in sparks… again. Hope this one is here to stay! Keva over jamba fo sho! Keva monster is the best!!! Yummmm

Haven’t been to this location yet but I just moved back in town for a few months and I’m so happy that there’s a keva juice on vista!!! All my pregnant cravings come true! I will be going here AT LEAST 3 times a week. I would pick keva over jamba any day.

I’m soooo happy this place is back :-) always my go to place for a quick smoothie. I prefer the raging bull. Get a little kick start to my day! I hope this place stays I will definitely support.

I’ve always been a Jamba Juice gal but Keeva sent me a free smoothie coupon so I figured I’d give them a shot — after all, this is much closer to my house so I figured if I loved them I’d be able to get a smoothie without the longer drive.
The place smells funny — kind of like bug spray. It is brand new though so maybe the material smell is still there.
I asked the girl at the counter if she is familiar with Jamba Juice because that’s where I frequent and didnt know anything about Keeva’s menu. I was hoping to get something similar to my usual at Keeva but she couldnt really compare the menus and didnt offer much to say except «I know we are better» — I wonder how she «knows» they are better if she doesnt know anything about what her competitor offers.
I ordered one of thier strawberry smoothies. The 12 ounce free cup I got was pathetic and plain and the smoothie was not nearly as good as Jamba Juice and it was warm — not ice cold so I wont be going back based on the flavor and lack of customer service. Bummer.
