Literally every time I go to this McDonalds they mess up my order. One time I ordered a simple strawberry Lemonade, and they took five other people before me then had the audacity to ask what I was waiting on, then on another trip they had me standing in line waiting to order for about ten to twenty minutes while they had out this drama with a girl from Facebook. Just don’t go here. It is horrible. Honestly I would give no stars if I could.

«A medium coffee, 2 creams, NO sugar, and an orange juice.», we said. The young guy at the counter said«We don’t have orange juice.» We said, «It’s on your menu.» «We don’t have orange juice», he said. No explanation, no apology. Then he walked away for a lengthy discussion about someone else’s order, leaving us standing. «Ok», we said, when he came back, «we’ll have apple juice instead.» «We don’t have apple juice.» When we looked at the register, we realized he had put the coffee order in as no cream, 2 sugars. Obviously, this McDonald’s was incapable of delivering a simple breakfast order at 8:30 in the morning, so we walked out.

Normally, a large drive-thru order would trigger a request from the establishment for the car to pull over so those behind can be served. Such is not the case, in which we all waited ten minutes behind a customer with a large order. Not faulting the customer at all. They had a ton of Happy Meals. The weekend management should have know better so the long line of cars didn’t have to wait so long.
