Supercuts

It is not often that I get upset enough to write a bad review. For starters, we were devote customers of Supercuts for my teenage son. He liked going there over the salon. Most haircuts were great, so I continue to take him to Supercuts. It’s a Weds night. My daughter had a softball scrimmage and my son, track practice. It’s hard to rush to get a much needed haircut. I left her game early and grabbed him because I know they close at 8. Mind you, I also have a business that closes at 8. Not once have I turned any of my clients away. We are there to make money after all and to make sure our clients are happy. Well, not Supercuts at Dorman Centre. We walked in there at 7:11 and was told that they are not accepting any more hair cuts tonight because they are to backed up. 2 people in front of us. 2 people working. Still almost an hour before closing. So, now we are on the hunt for our next hair place because that is not how you do business at all.
