We purchased carpet and had it installed by this company 2 years ago and we are still having problems with the carpet. We’ve had someone from their company back out once not quite a year after having it installed and he was able to address the problems of installation (so we thought at the time) but every time we vacuum the carpet it comes back up and we must deal with it.
For the amount of money spent to purchase and install the carpet (over 6,000.00 dollars) you would think we’d have nice carpet that didn’t come loose from being vacuumed, seams that are very recognizable.
Buyer beware!
