There are SO many coffee shops to choose from here in Spokane, but Crush beats them all! They are obviously locally owned, but they get their treats from Rocket Bakery (yum!!). The pink frosted sugar cookie has always been my favorite. :) Stephanie is the new owner, and she is doing an amazing job! They have such sweet girls working for them, I stop for the coffee just as much as I stop to see the baristas. Their coffee is perfect every time. I’ve gotten just espresso shots over ice to make sure I liked the roast, and it’s perfect. Not burned, not too mild, just amazing. Perfect way to start a morning.
