We were ongoing customers & never saw so much turnover in staff & inconsistent work. Run, don’t walk away from using them!

In the response to my original post, the owner says I was never a customer. Untrue. I have the phony $ 200 charge your fraudulent company smacked on my USAA credit card 8 weeks later to prove it. Luckily I had the property manager’s corroboration that you guys failed to perform services and USAA reversed the charges. The property manager on Fairchild Air Force Base also confirmed to me a short while later that they had ceased to recommend you because of unreliability. I experienced it first hand — twice. BLM is a horrible company. Avoid!

I called BLMCARPETCLEANING to clean 7 rooms, a long hallway and stairway in our nearly new, $ 900,000, home. It was a catastrophe. I called repeatedly for them to come back out and redo it, as it looked worse than before it was cleaned. They refused to answer the phone or return phone calls. When they did answer once, I’m sure by accident, they said they didn’t have an employee to come out because he had quit. The ONE young kid that had come out left a puddle of chemicals 18×2& ½’ on the floor at the bottom of the stairs. When he saw that I nearly fell walking through it, he told me to be careful, that this was normal for the bottom of stairs when cleaning carpets, but never wiped it up. This puddle was sitting at the edge of our expensive engineered wood floor and, if it had been cheaper flooring, would have surely buckled! I would have wiped it up myself, but was running through the house opening windows to try to get our alarm, which went off for 20 minutes due to fumes from the chemicals, to stop! He pulled his hoses along all the corners, wearing the paint off. Then, after he left, I found he’d left a gallon jug, with chemicals in it and no childproof cap, in on the kids’ playroom floor!!! He said carpets would dry in 3 hours. It took 2 days and, in the end, the carpets felt stiff, starchy, looked matted down and dull. A friend told me about STANLEYCLEANERS. TWO really nice guys, Brent & Hayden, came out and redid the whole thing. It took only 8 – 10 hours to dry. They moved furniture(BLM moves NOTHING.) STANLEYCLEANERS said there was so much soap left it was beginning to lug down the motor out in their truck, trying to take care of all the suds! The carpet actually changed colors after it came out! They put corner guards up so their hoses wouldn’t wear off the corners of your woodwork. It cost a little more, but nothing like the whole thing cost me the way I did it! It came out looking wonderful… and, better yet, CLEAN!!!
