The store is cool, but the girl working in there didn’t seem to be happy that we were in there. She didn’t greet us or look at us the entire time we were in there. My girlfriend accidentally broke a coffee mug, and of course we offered to pay for it. The girl didn’t say anything, charged us for the mug, and just gave us dirty looks… I couldn’t believe her poor level of service and she made us feel very uncomfortable.

Picked up a Spokane ball cap and jar of huckleberry jam. They had some cute duck toys and I thought about purchasing a big foot Christmas ornament. Lots of t-shirts and hoodies too. Lots of interesting tourist items if you are in the area. Worth a browse.

This is a super little shop that carries a punch! If you are looking for a locally-made gift or a souvenir from Washington state, you’d be hard-pressed not to find it here. From food items like salmon rubs, teas, candies and jams, to art glass to t-shirts to artisan-made jewelry, everything in the store is made in the state. There’s a great selection of greeting cards and postcards(and not the tacky mass-produced kinds you find in souvenir shops, either. Many are beautiful photographs taken by local photographers of WA sights and sites). When I was last here, I found a fantastic gift for a friend: a flattened out wine bottle to use as a cheese plate(I have one myself, and I like how you can hang this on a wall, and how it features a WA state wine label, and it came with a pretty cheese spreader knife too!), and it was on a 50% off sale. Great price! The lovely lady behind the counter did not have a box for it, but she wrapped it up well in bubble wrap and tissue papers and it survived the trip home with me intact. If you are looking for local gifts for anyone(or yourself), this is great place to check out.

This is my go to store to buy out of state relatives and friends who have never been to WA state presents. They have a lot of huckleberry and salmon goodies. There is also a lot of locally made artwork, lotions, and house decorations. It’s a great store to buy souvenirs. It’s also located conveniently across the street from Riverfront Park which is a big tourist attraction of Spokane.

Until recently, Made in Washington was just a place that I knew about. Lately I’ve been sending postcards of Spokane to friends elsewhere. This is the best place I’ve found for postcards. Which makes sense, it’s pretty much one of those stores you’d see in an airport that’s full of locally popular stuff that locals don’t actually have. Yeah, huckleberries are popular around here, but nobody replaces their jam at Made in Washington. This is the place to go if you need to send someone a gift, and you want that gift to have a typical northwest vibe or «Spokane» written on it.

I personally had a pleasant experience here. The lady behind the counter let me pile stuff in front of her while I continued to shop. I always look for souvenirs to bring back when travelling and this is the perfect little shop to find something. They have postcards, magnets, mugs, shirts, sweatshirts, sweets, teas, coffees, etc. For being inside a mall, nothing is really overpriced. There’s a lot of great under $ 10 items.

This is an awesome little store! After seeing some wine glasses that my parents picked up, my girlfriend wanted to get some for us too. They were really adorable glasses with all the city’s landmarks painted onto them. I showed up very intent on purchasing a pair, and then found a pair of martini glasses with the same design and decided to get those as well! The employee on shift at the time was kind of shocked to see me come in, grab four glasses, and check out all very quickly and when I told her the story as to why I was buying them she was taken aback because SHEWASTHEARTIST! I received a great little tidbit of history on all the glasses and how long it takes her to paint them and what her ideas for future designs were! It was so nice to be able to compliment the artist is such a way; especially since I didn’t know she was the artist when I was picking them out.

I was in the Made in Washington Store Last night, shopping for specific items to send to relatives. The young woman who helped me was wonderful. She seemed to know the products, and the selection was amazing. Everything from Huckleberry candy, jams to soap and candles. A wide selection of tee sirts as well! Thanks Made in Washington, great store!

The teenager behind the counter wasn’t real eager to help last night, but usually when we go there, the staff is friendly. Their prices are decent and they have a great selection, and I usually buy something there every time I go, and last night was no exception. :)
