Mom’s Custom Tattoo & Body Piercing

I came here a few months ago for a lip piercing, and my experience has been nothing short of wonderful. Shandra is incredibly professional and is always willing to answer questions and spend appropriate time with her customers. I never feel rushed.
The atmosphere of this shop is much different than your «typical» tattoo parlor. It’s warm and inviting, and the staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend Mom’s to anyone looking for a positive, empowering experience with their tattoo artist or piercer.

Super friendly staff with an ENORMOUS selection of plugs. I was really impressed with how reasonably they were priced as well. I found that they had given me the wrong size just after purchase and they fixed the problem without hesitation. It was wonderful to find a place in Spokane that had organic plugs.

Tattoo: I have had a tattoo done by Beth. It was my second one, and I will never go anywhere else. My husband and I both go to Mom’s for any ink we want done and recommend her to anyone interested! Mom’s is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. She has an amazing eye for detail. My tattoo, a peacock on my back, is perfectly placed to contour with the shape of my back and hips. She is great about making gentle suggestions that I hadn’t thought of (my artistic eye is very limited) to make my tattoo everything I had wanted. Her studio is extremely comfortable. I was able to choose something to watch on TV or listen to music while she was working on me. She has a great personality and is just a great person to talk to which is important considering how much time you can spend with a tattoo artist. She has a lifetime customer with my husband and me.
Piercing: I had my nose pierced by Shandra and my ears stretched as well. Shandra has a great eye for placement when it came to my nose piercing. I had it pierced once before and was unhappy with the placement from the OTHER place I went so I had taken it out. She could see what I was unhappy about (she could see the old piercing) and was able to get it in a great spot for my nose (finally). The piercing was easy breezy and she is extremely knowledgeable about aftercare and all the questions I had. She was extremely nice when the weeks to follow I would call or come in and ask her a question about my piercing/​stretching. I am already planning my next piercings and I know that Shandra will be the one I go to see.
They were also able to convert me to their jewelry and I am a believer! You have to go in and at least LOOK at their selection. I had always bought jewelry from the mall, and after the education I was able to get from Shandra and Beth, I will never EVER buy jewelry from the scary cheap retailer around Spokane. You can tell their main objective is for their clients to be happy which also means HEALTHY. The jewelry selection is not only beautiful and extremely high quality, but the material it is made with is all actually safe to be in your body for long amounts of time. I was shocked to learn that most of the cheap jewelry around town can be harmful to your body. There were tons of beautiful options for me to choose from even being on a part time job budget as well as being safe from damaging my skin and body. I didn’t have to sacrifice price for quality of jewelry here (the jewelry I got was about the same price as getting it at the mall, maybe even less).
They are a great team and I hope this review helps because if you are looking for ANY piercings or tattoos, go in and see them! You will be happy you did!

I’ve had a couple tattoos done by Beth, and I love them! She takes her time and makes sure that you are more than satisfied with your new ink… You’d think all tattoo artists were like that, but believe me they aren’t! Will be seeing her agin for another beautiful piece!
