They were out the same day I called! Even though the repairs were costly they were needed! The technicians were informative and took care of the problem.

I had a blockage in my kitchen sink that I had tried for 3 days to clear. the Roto rooter tech used an electric 25ft snake and very quickly cleared the blockage. No mess, worked very fast and efficient and assured me that he’d have it fixed in less than an hour; as the fee goes up to 96.50 for each half hour after the initial $ 180. He also took the time to show me what was in the blockage and did a little education on how to keep my drains and garbage disposal working their best

Called Roto-​Rooter to come out and clear our clogged sewer line. $ 640 later the tech left me a bill to pay and didn’t even fix the the problem he came out for. Had to stay in a hotel after we called them to ask for someone to be out the next morning since the first tech couldn’t fix the problem and they told us they couldn’t come back until the day after that.

We needed to replace a faucet but would require removal of the counter top as the faucet was installed in a sink that was mounted into the counter top. This was a difficult task that our friend who could do simple plumbing could not do so we called the professionals at Roto Rooter and the plumber they sent was excellent. He had to take up the counter top with the sink which was a difficult task, remove the faucet and replace the faucet and sink and counter top. He did this without damage to the sink or counter top and the new faucet works excellently and makes the bathroom look much more modern and pleasant. He also replaced an old U tube drain that did not meet specifications. We now enjoy a free flowing drain along with the new faucet and are extremely pleased.

After having some backup of sewer water into my downtown basement, I called Roto-​rooter to check it out. Overall, I had seen some good reviews. I will say that these guys come day or night which is pretty impressive. You can call or schedule online without a second thought. They called and for my 6−8pm window were there at 5:30. The tech was nice, inspected the problem. It took 1.5 hours and some root killer for the job. They are $ 200 for the first hour and $ 90 every .5 hours after. Plus $ 95 for the root killer. Overall he was professional and did a great job. $ 400 for a clogged sewer line seemed somewhat steep but overall they did a great job.

My experience with Roto-​Rooter was great! They were quick to arrive on site! Tyler was fast & efficient to get the problem solved, and very informative about on going care that will be needed to prevent more roots in our sewage pipes! I would definitely call them again with any drainage problems or issues!

My tankless water heater wasn’t heating water. They came out the same day I called and while it wasn’t fixed the same day due to not having the necessary supplies in stock it was fixed a day or two later and works perfectly again. A little spendy but I’d rather pay them to do the job right than my old Spokane area plumber who was a little too cavalier about his job.
