I’ve always had a good experience with everyone here, especially Ward in plumbing. He’s helped me out with numerous household projects, saving me a lot in money! The guys in the rental area have been super helpful as well.

Every time I go into Ace, I am always greeted and asked if I would like some help finding my items. The employees are really nice and make themselves available to lend a helping hand.

Friendly and helpful, giving me tips on best products — even if they have to send me somewhere else for them! I have always been served promptly and courteously. The folks in the garden store are especially nice about helping with loading and tying down loads, plus lots of good advice.

Hannah was VERY unfriendly. I noticed she was consistently rude with the customers in line ahead of me as well, so it wasn’t just me. 7÷21÷13
The rest of the crew is great. I will keep going back, but I’ll just have to go on days Hannah isn’t working, or if there’s other lines to check out in.

This is a great store with terrific employees! I was there about 8:30 PM on 5⁄6 and I was very impressed with the manner that a female clerk used with a horrible «customer» who was arrogant and obnoxious… and most likely dishonest. This store has always been a pleasant place to shop. I hope that the management treats it’s employees very well.

Love this store team is attentive and help me even when about to close. They recognize my hubby which is good for a small neighbourhood store. We are remodeling and projecting so are in frequently!
