Living was great, rent was really high(875) when we decided to get a two bed, one bath, did not pursue. child friendly but other patrons living there where not always friendly. Win some, lose some, certain managers where good to talk to and others have a personalized privileged to be superior and rude. On site gym was awesome but Inconveniently small and next to managers office. There was a «big ordeal» about a wine stain, the size of a grape, and charged us $ 187.00 for it. That was bogus, I have got wine stains out for cheaper in the same unit and with no chemicals.

Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. All this place wants to do is take money from you… they don’t care at all about their tenants. The management and the grounds seem great but once you live here you find out a VERY different story. I told my horror story on their Facebook page… check it out if ya want to know what a terrible place this is to live. Don’t do it!

Nice apartment and grounds, but walls are PAPER thin. Can hear everything your neighbors are doing, including conversations. Management is unreasonable if you have to interact with them. After you move out, expect a bill in the ballpark of $ 400 for«additional charges» even if you kept your apartment nearly flawless. They will find something. Cannot recommend this place, managed by crooks.

Don’t rent here… Been here 3 years and have had my garage broken into 4 times along with my car stolen. High theft area and management will not help you at all. Recently closed on a house and after three years of renting they will not pro rate a month of rent. Don’t be deceived by the looks or the management when you move in. You are just a number. I would not advise anybody I know to live in trestle creek or another Douglas property.

The leasing agents are always pleasant and professional. The grounds are kept up VERY well by iRent, which I imagine is the maintenance arm of the Lantz Douglass Property company. I have needed some ordinary repairs in my apartment(rod for the blinds fell off, fridge was making a funny noise, and they were very responsive. This is a no-pet residence but they do allow service animals as well as companion animails with a note from your doctor. I have lived in a number of apartment communities in Spokane over the years and this is probably the best one, overall, that I have lived in. Bonus points for the apartment floorplans(vaulted ceilings), pool, basketball court and washer/dryer in every unit.
